Last couple of visits haven’t been as good as we remember. We got a classic pepperoni pizza this time and the cheese and toppings stop well short of the crust. Crust is somehow overdone while the bottom is still soggy. Service was not the best either when we went in for pickup they seemed annoyed we were there.

Was looking forward to a great pizza and bread sticks. How disappointing. When arriving for pick up it took a while for anyone to notice we were there. My pizza was burned and the bread sticks looked like they were an after thought. Thank goodness we got 6 of them instead of 3 as 2 of them were 3 inches long at the most. We were missing an extra cheese dip from our order. I would have been happy to pay the high price we paid for quality food unfortunately, this was no where near what was expected. We won’t be returning.

Was very happy to get excellent pizza, and some surprisingly great pizza sliders. Got a flight of beers, and it was great to have a small selection of beers to drink through while eating. The breadsticks were light and just the right crisp. The cheese sauce is as good as it gets anywhere. And of course the pizza sauce is so iconic for Noble Roman’s, and you will be happy with every bit. Server was very nice and everything came out quickly. Though they seemed short staffed, everyone was working very quickly and it made the experience both good and memorable.
Update: second experience, we had some minor issues with speed and accuracy of our meal. Still acceptable and the pizza is soo good.

We eat here reguarly and it’s always great. Our order today included a Big Daddy BBQ, Works, and pepperoni–all deep dish, with breadsticks and drinks. Food was fresh and delicious and the service was awesome. Crystal was our cashier/server and she did an exceptional job. We (party of 6) had a few special requests and she was more than happy to help with all our needs. We had one issue with our table and she quickly resolved the issue and demonstrated that she cares about her work and the customers’ experience!

They have many options to choose from.
Also would like to note they have dairy free cheese!
My pizza was slightly burned and too much cheese,but still very good.
My dad approved of the craft root beer.
Personal pizzas were decent size.
Seating was comfortable.
Restaurant was clean and same with bathrooms.

I’m not sure what was going on but will not be coming back here. Ordered a large cheese pizza, chicken Caesar salad, and breadsticks. It was $35.
After waiting 40 minutes, they brought out a small Caesar salad with no chicken, the breadsticks, and a small pepperoni pizza. The lady said to us “you guys look confused” so we explained the mistakes. They offered to make a medium cheese pizza which was fine. We were hungry and ready to get out of there at this point. They then brought out a medium cheese pizza… with no sauce. So basically cheesy breadsticks.
We also witnessed them messing up orders with other tables around us while we were there and the craziest part was they were not even busy.

Salad bar had moldy tomatoes. Cooks did not wear hair nets and our pizza had hair in it. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes before we could have a drink. I went to the counter twice during the wait asking for service. They quit serving crustless pizza as well. All in all a bad experience.

I tried the cheese pizza with breadsticks, thier sauce was great it definitely stands out compared to thier competitors. Thier spicy cheese for the breadsticks was really enjoyable, it wasnt to spicy just right, I’ll be down to try this place again forsure!

Absolutely a not nice friendly place. I’m so greatly disappointed in the service and the owner who works there. I know that they just switched ownership, but he has made this place worse. I really do hope this changes.
