Ordered 12 piece family meal. Received 5 wings… Wings!!!
5 small Wings out of my 12. The chicken batter was soggy and the meat and batter taste like fish. I get it, they cook fish there too, but they can do better. If I am going to spend almost $50, I would expect to at least get better quality. So disappointed. We unfortunately won’t be going back. Excuse the eaten bones, but it shows the wings that were given.
I did try to call 3 times and no one ever picked up.

We’ve been here 3 times and the food was good but the place needs alot of maintenance and a good cleaning. The ceiling tiles have collapsed due to moisture and two tables are off limits due to that damage. We wont try again because nothing is getting fixed or changed.

Disgusting, nasty, from the entrance throughout the restaurant. I told the manager my Chicken smelled bad she replies I can’t refund you. I stated why is it so dirty in here she stated Sir you don’t have to come here if you don’t want to. I was like WOW. The customer service.. Don’t eat here unless you want to get sick..

This location has too many challenges to mention. Food was good, employees are working hard. It just seems like they are understaffed and probably under paid. Pay your people better and staffing won’t be a problem.

So, bought a 3 piece fish dinner and the fish was Greasy and either double fried because it was sitting around or the Grease was Old , same for the hush puppies.
Tall Blonde lady not happy I ask for New and She walked away Rudely, leaving food on counter.

I know KFC is just terrible overall, and the workers did the best they could, but that place is absolutely filthy. Every table was dirty, they had a booster seat over the trash can so no one would use it, and your feet stick to the floor on the outside entrance. On the sidewalk. Definitely visit if you love KFC, but don’t expect a wholesome eating experience.

I can honestly say that this is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The management there lacked skills. The kiosk offered items not sold un their location. I ordered 2-1/2 gallon drink jugs and was given 4 regular drinks instead. The food was not as fresh as expected. No plates available for the family meal ordered…when we asked about it boxes were handed to us. Trying to eat the mashed potatoes with gravy in a box that has slits on the bottom is just not feasible. Oh also, no drinks mebtuon on their menu board.

30 minute wait for fish. Hell naw! Go for the fish just to get turned away. Drove out of the way to get to the place. I don’t see very many LJS any more. Use to live in bryan & ate at that one all the time. I can see a 10 minute wait for hot fish. But I had drove already 3 1/2 hours then another 15 miles to get to it then 15 miles back to where I was going to start with, &:with no fish or crunchies to eat !! Put me in a bad mood.

I was in the Portland store with family during powerful hail storm on November 1st 2025. The staff was awesome. They seemed prepared for a disaster. Two front doors were shattered and employees moved us further into store. Even after the storm, they escorted us out a side door to avoid broken glass. They continued to be deeply concerned about our damaged vehicle and our safety. As a first responder, I was impressed.
