I usually have a great experience here, and the staff is always friendly. This time was a bit different—we came around 9:00–9:30 PM and saw a sign saying they were out of steak, fajitas, vinaigrette, and even rice. It was surprising since they don’t close until 11. We ended up going to another location, but I’m still giving five stars because every other time I’ve been here, it’s been solid. Hopefully just an off night!

Ordered online and received a pathetically small portion. It’s not unusual for the contents to shift around while driving leaving a”high side” in the bowl, but even that was not flush with the top, and nearly a third of the bowl was completely empty. Portions can vary some by server, but to have that little food is totally unacceptable.

This chipotle at the Arlington Rd., Ridge location is very rude. Seems to be very biased. Does not provide you with the quantity or quality that you paid for. For example my total just came up to $48.16. I handed the cashier a $50 bill she told me that they can only serve me if I have exact change meaning that $1.42 to provide me and change I will never visit this bias non-friendly no customer service having location ever again! I will also be reaching out to chipotle‘s corporate location regarding this as well

Tonight I went to get food here. A bowl.
I had no beans or rice. Asked for double meat and they barely gave any meat. All they say is sorry.
I usually come to them and have no problems. But they were very offensive and would not help me.
I paid extra for double meat but got the equivalent of a single portion.

There was just two young men working tonight and they totally helped me out! They went above and beyond after I pulled a double at my job to make sure my food was great. 10/10 (it was a brown haired young man and a blonde)

RAW CHICKEN in my bowl!! AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY They REFUSED to refund our food. Chipotle has officially lost my business. Will not be returning to this or any other chipotle again. Manager should be given a stern talking to about customer care. Hopefully I do not get salmonella for thanksgiving or that will be an even larger problem.

The second guy who helped me was great. The first guy LITERALLY put 4 small pieces of chicken in a person’s burrito. The parking lot was clean and handicapped accessible.

Very small portions. Went inside to order a bowl to go. I should have taken a picture as others have, because the food did not touch the sidewalls of the bowl nor come up to the top. Very good tasting but amount was so little I was still hungry once done eating. I have never gotten such a small portion at any Chipotle before. And once again not giving change back so people that pay in cash get shorted. They make a fortune keeping our change.

Just left this restaurant and the girl that was working was so rude and was literally throwing the food in the bowls and barely any in it. All of their employees every single time I go there are rude. And she didn’t give me my change back. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to another chipotle because this place is awful.

Typically friendly staff. Kinda inconsistant with Portions, but that seems to be a universal chipotle problem.
Runs low on ingredients at some prime times. We try different chipotles around the area weekly, and typically this is one of the better ones. The North Canton one across from new meijer does well almost always. Generally giving good portion sizes that customers expect, and dont give you a hard time for asking for extra.
