I wasn’t very impressed. The donuts were hard and stale. And the service was slow. Me and a friend were the only ones in the drive-thru and took almost 20 minutes to get her order and we only ordered four items.

I went to this place since my normal place is closed and I wanted to try a different place down here I ordered on DoorDash to pick it up it says they open at 5am I go by there two times and they are closed and than I call two times someone answered the phone 2 times she was really rude so I go by there again they was open she was rude again and I got my order and the donuts was too sweet to me I love my normal place because they aren’t too sweet and they are nicer I’m never going back to this place again

We’ve been here three times. And 3rd time was definitely NOT THE CHARM! There was a miscommunication with an item on the menu and when we told her that the item is not what we ordered to please remove it from our ticket and keep the item the lady tending to us through the drive thru wasn’t pleased with that response and decided to snatch the item from my husbands hand. I don’t know what in her silly rabbit mind thought that was ok. But she’s lucky my kids were present in the vehicle with us otherwise I wouldn’t have bit my tongue so hard. Definitely won’t be returning no bad service outweighs anything on that menu.

I drove thru @ 9am and the three things I wanted, they didn’t have, last time I was there they didn’t have what I wanted. I think the girl at the window doesn’t understand English very well and did seem like she was in a bad mood. But, what they do have tasted great!

I found some impressively designed donuts for kids that feature characters like the Cookie Monster and Elmo. While the flavors were disappointing and tasted bland, the kids absolutely love the designs. I’ll keep purchasing them for their enjoyment, but I won’t be getting any for myself anymore.

Very slow this morning, as it seemed that one lady attended the window and the lobby customers. Friday seems to be a busy time to get morning donuts, so it will be best to get her someone to help with that. I waited twenty minutes in the car line and still waited for her to come to the window as she tended to others inside and you can’t go around the other cars if you choose to leave it. People are trying to get to work. Just something to consider. Otherwise, I have had no other problem with this location.
