I really like burger king’s impossible whopper but my past 2 visits have disappointed me. I ordered on the app last night about 45 minutes before they closed, arrived before they closed but apparently they were closed early due to short staffing. This isn’t the employees’ fault, but there should be an option for them to disable online order if they have to close early. I went back today, because I still had a hankering for it. I got an impossible whopper, fires, ranch, and a hershey pie. They forgot my ranch, which wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t have to pay for it, but I had to go back inside for it along with the hershey pie they forgot. When I got home, I also noticed they messed up the burger. I got no tomato and onion, which was correct, but they forgot the pickles and I asked for light mayo and light ketchup, but they completely forgot the ketchup.
It’s just frustrating because I’ve worked in a restaurant before and I know mistakes can be made, but when I went inside tonight they were not short staff, and there was a line but it wasn’t incredibly busy. I just don’t understand how many mistakes can be made. Forgetting sauce is one thing, but forgetting 2 items and messing up one of the two you didn’t forget is absurd.

I like the breakfast Croissan’wich, however even getting there during breakfast hours doesn’t mean they will take your breakfast order. I got there with minutes to spare, but had to wait at the speaker for a few minutes because they were busy. When they got to me it was ONE minute past 10:30 am and they told me I was SOL.
The BK by the lake is excellent however, so don’t even bother with the one near Walmart.

I want to start out by saying that I’m standing inside, watching the employees grinding! There’s 2 long lines outside and the inside is super busy. Kudos to them for still being polite and working through the rush.
However, whoever the dirty blonde manager is, needs to get into another line of business. As busy as it is, instead of coming out to help, she came out to ask 2 employees (loudly) why they weren’t up-selling! One of the employees was trying to take orders and she stopped him while customers were waiting. Then she twirled her hair and left.
When you stop caring about your employees and your customers… you’ve already lost.
Food was hot and delicious as always.

This Burger King used to be the best for my family who are vegetarian, to get dinner on the way home. We still grab food, but the quality of the food and wait times have gone down. The employees are extremely slow with their service with no urgency, and are sloppy at assembling their burgers. I went today, and the sauce and cheese on my burger was missing. There were little to no onions and lettuce, and it took extremely long to even get our food. My family and I are extremely disappointed in this establishment. Do better.

Double cheese and whopper jr made incorrectly. Wouldn’t eat anyways after watching girl on whopper board consistently eating with gloves while making everyone’s food. 20 minute wait to be disgusted.

They never seem to get the order right every time I have ordered. Had to either go in and get it corrected or needing to get home and order is wrong when I get home. I live 25min away! Staff is not too friendly

The food came out absolutely disgusting, bread was moldy. The windows were smeared wirh fingerprints and god knows what else. The parking lot was littered with garbage. Numerous flies buzzing around. Not to mention that the bigger lady (assuming shes supposed to be a higher up manager) was yelling at a shorter guy with glasses and black hair (think he’s the restaurant manager) in front of customers and belittling him. Not sure what kind of owners you have to let this happen but we will not be returning here and will be reporting to the health department for the moldy bread. Do better burger king.

Website states they are open until midnight. Sign on their drive through window says they are open until midnight. I was there shortly after 11 pm and sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes No one took my order or responded to me.

Bemidji MN. location, the cashier looked past my son and I when it was our turn to place our order. She looked at the man standing behind us and took his order. Even after he told her we were ahead of him.
So we ended up placing our order on the touch screen thing. Even had to grab ourselves the condiments because she refused to hand us sauces and our cups.
We never been treated the way we did a few days ago.
Otherwise, everything else was good.
