Ordered the Spongebob Whopper, and recieved a Jr. Whopper. Couldn’t even return it because I was feeling nauseous due to some medication and ordered through Door Dash. On top of that the food tasted nasty like it had been sitting around for hours.

Ordered a fiery royal crispy sandwich meal. Got home and took a bite of the sandwich and it was like biting into rubber. Had a rubbery and gummy texture had to throw sandwich away and just eat the fries that I ordered. Disappointing.

We did not get our French fries and the chicken order only had 8 pieces. It clearly stated on our bag 1 large fries, 1 medium fries and 12 piece chicken fries. All not in the bag.

So this Burger King is not great at reading the order. Also adding ingredients that does come with our food. I ordered three meals and only one of our sandwiches were correct, one missing a key ingredient and one not doing simple customizations. Also what is this store with mozzarella fries, even though it says come with marinara it never does.

This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Billings so far. The order was wrong. Went back through as I ordered cheese on my whopper and the lady said did I want her to remake my burger or just give me the cheese? The lady literally gave me cold cheese in a box. So I had to go home and heat up my already luke warm burger with all the cold vegetables on it…..my boyfriend ordered the texas whopper that he checked before biting into and good thing he did because there was literally a PILE of jalapenos on it, the top bun half off and all the lettuce on the paper. My daughter’s cookies were FROZEN cold and our drinks were wrong. Will literally never eat there again.

I went there last night right before close. The burger wasn’t even wrapped all the way around and completely fell apart the second I took it out the bag.

I went there last night. With the free whopper code. I didn’t get the code right. It was 4 digit # Instead of the code the review website gives you. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by the manger Jen , and the gal taking my order. She was extremely rude and condescending to me over the mic , I forgot to add cheese to my whopper. So I asked for it at the window. The staff including the manager all started laughing and heckling me. I will never return to this establishment, because of there basic lack of customer service skills. And the manger promoting her staff to treat costumers so poorly. Not to mention there food usually isn’t good either.
