I wanted to shout out I think her name was cierra I come through often because I work nearby and e rytime she’s in the drive thru she always greets with a smile and always has a positive attitude she always asks if I need anything else and handles it when I do need something it’s refreshing to have someone nice. Had a employee with bk shirt on with a person driving that ran a stop sign and nearly hit me and follow me to a store and tried to start a fight and is all on dash cam. Yet he said that I can’t prove what on video. I go to this BK every other day for lunch but I will no longer go there. Neither will any of my employees or friends will be going there. Someone how talks and act that dumb has no business making people sandwich. No telling what someone like that will do to our food. Think about it before you go there. I will update if corporate or manager doesn’t contact me. Employee refused to give any number to call. Basically told me rudely were to go. Is BK like that. Huuuummmu

Went in for a chicken sandwich, I wanted it spicy. Back in the day they used to have a spicy mayo for their chicken sandwiches, I guess they no longer have that but the lady was super helpful and pointed me in the direction of a spicy burrito sauce that in my opinion is actually way better than the mayo that was used. 10/10 thank you for your patience and helpfulness

I ordered 2 whopper combos for dine-in. Both burgers were COLD. Asked the manager why and he told me the employees were supposed to warm up the burgers after making them but they just wouldn’t do it. They’ve been told to, but simply refuse to do their job correctly.
