When I ordered sushi from IV Sushi for the first time, I was truly amazed by how fresh and delicious they were. The quality instantly reminded me of the incredible sushi I’ve had in Japan. I tried their nigiri, sashimi, and sushi rolls, and loved every single one. The portions are perfectly balanced, with generous amount of fish and just a small amount of rice, making each piece incredibly flavorful and delicate. Without a doubt, this is the highest-quality sushi you can find in our area.

We order in IV Sushi Togo regularly, and they never leave us disappointed. They are not skimpy on fish (which is always super fresh), rice is cooked expertly and the owners are the nicest people you can imagine.
There are many sushi places around, but so far this is our favorite when it comes to a takeout. The competitors from the plaza nearby are not even close.

I recently ordered a sushi boat from IV Sushi for my father-in-law’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience! This was my first time ordering one, and the whole process was super easy. I called in the day before, and the lady on the phone was very helpful, explaining how everything worked. The deposit process was simple—just a small cash deposit for the boat, which you get back once you return it.
The sushi itself was incredible! Fresh, beautifully presented, and my father-in-law loved it. The entire family enjoyed both the flavors and the stunning presentation. On top of that, they also gave us complimentary soup, salad, and seasoned edamame, which was a really nice touch and made the experience even better.
IV Sushi is a family-owned business, and I love supporting small, family-run restaurants that truly care about their customers. This place definitely deserves praise, and I’ll be coming back for more!

Limited open time 4-9 pm Tuesday to Sunday, Monday closed, all orders are take out only. The first time was a very good experience we ordered sushi/nagiri, the rice is about half a portion compared to the fish. My wife and I shared about 4 servings of different sushi and the food was very good. The second time, we ordered sashimi combination. They mixed some tilapia slices which I did not really like. Third time, we ordered four sets of sushi/nagiri and it was really good. They even gave us a free serving of miso soup. Will definitely come back again for more and maybe bring one ot two friends along.

We picked up some before heading to the park and everything was wonderful. The headship guy and I believe her name was Anna was really friendly. They even made my wife a Nigiri roll that was not on the menu. That’s memorable and great service!
Definitely a gem in Danville and I will surely be back!

The sushi boat is a showstopper! We had this for our family Thanksgiving and we were all so impressed by the quality, taste, and presentation. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Came with lights and packaged safely for transport. Of course, you need to pay a deposit for the boat (when you pick up) but you receive it back when you return the wooden boat. The owners were so nice and accommodating and even told us they can do an even bigger tray for bigger parties. We are already talking about getting this again for the next holiday! Absolutely would recommend!!

Reminds me of the days I would go down to the Ginza and walk in a Shishi restaurant and find hidden gems. The food smells remarkable and the quality of the shushi is tremendous. Without a doubt, my new favorite to-go sushi spot! There are at least a dozen sushi places closer or equally as far away from my house, and I was surprised that IV Sushi Togo hadn’t come up on any of my searches. It finally did, and I am so grateful.
There are countless reasons why this is now my favorite spot for takeout sushi! Let me start by saying the people inside.. I’m assuming at least one was the owner – are so friendly, so kind, and so grateful for their customers.
The food – super fresh, very generous, absolutely beautiful and delicious, plus the menu has the best variety of rolls I have seen.
The concept – this is a to-go only spot, they also cater to larger groups – sushi cakes and sushi boats. I’m looking forward to an event that we can order one.
What I ordered – double tuna and mango roll, lion king roll, spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, miso soup and salad. All amazing – I would absolutely order any of these again, but I also can’t wait to try so many more!

Take out sushi – it’s a great addition to the area! Owner Wayne is so so kind. He always remembers my husband and I went we pick up, even separately. He always asks how our son is and gives us yummy sodas.
We haven’t had a bad roll! My favorite is the deluxe spicy tuna, it’s seared and has amazing flavor. Sashimi is always fresh and generous. Soup and salad are included (maybe only with sashimi?). Definitely give it a try!
