Really good pizza. So good I had to come back for a second night in a row! Very fast, even at 2:30AM, and employees are friendly!

We stopped by Sir Pizza on Christmas Day, one of the few places open, and the experience was a mixed bag. Upon walking in, the first impression wasn’t bad. The restaurant had plenty of seating, making it a decent spot for those who like to dine in. However, things took a turn once we interacted with the staff.

The unpleasantness started when we noticed the cashier having an attitude with another customer. Despite this, we placed our order and waited a reasonable amount of time for our pizza. When the food arrived, I asked for some Parmesan cheese, and the experience took a surprising twist. The employee dropped the cup of cheese on the floor, hesitated, and then handed it to me anyway. The situation was handled so poorly that I was left in shock.

As for the pizza itself, it was average. The sauce was tasty, and I appreciated the crunch of the crust. However, the toppings were unevenly distributed—especially the small square pepperonis, which were dumped in the center. The other toppings were sparse, leaving the pizza feeling unbalanced.

Cleanliness was another issue. The cup station had dirty dishes scattered about, there were no napkins available, and an open garbage can emitted an unpleasant odor.

Overall, while Sir Pizza has potential, it needs significant improvements in professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail. It’s possible that the holiday rush contributed to the experience, but it still left much to be desired.

Ordered food from here yesterday and the food was absolutely horrible. I spent nearly $70 on everything, which is usually more than I spend on pizza, but wanted something different from what I usually get. Once the food arrived, it was cold as can be and tasted horrible and then woke up sick from it this morning. Definitely very disappointed in this. I have always heard great things about it but definitely don’t feel that way! I have tried contacting the location a couple of times and couldn’t get anyone to talk to me about this issue. Would love to discuss this with a member of management. Thank you!

While visiting Lexington I wanted to check out some pizza joints. This was on the list. Ordered a 10″ Royal Feast. And some breadsticks. Sticks came out first. Were nice and hot. Bread was soft and had a nice softer crunch on the bottom. It came with an oil and marinara..unfortunately I found both bland. The pizza came up next, it was heavy with the toppings. The undercarriage was surprisingly supportive and had no flop. Slight crisp on the crust. Toppings were basically everything but the kitchen sink. I’ve had this style before and it reminded me exactly like any of them leaded like that. It’s was a decent pizza, 10″ is too much for 1 person. The atmosphere was dated and non-impressive. Plenty of parking. Only certain doors open. Tables were not cleaned off from previous customers.

I was in Lexington and thought I’d grab a pizza. Sir pizza is a local favorite. There wasn’t a drive thru window so I had to go inside to pick up my order. The entry doors are not working properly so you have to use the one on the right. There was a lot of debris and a cigarette butt in the entryway. The restaurant showed its age and looked tired. There was a newer electronic menu. My pizza was hot (I burnt the roof of my mouth because I couldn’t wait) and delicious . I over ate but it was worth it!

This place has always been the bomb. Pizza is great and super filling, the staff are always super chill and friendly, and they’re open later than anyone else. Nothing hits like an XL, square-cut pizza at 2AM.

Used to be the best pizza going. I never minded the premium price because there was a good amount of cheese and toppings. Last couple of times I bought from this store, it was very skimpy. Was quite disappointing to say the least.

I have seen several posts recently about Sir Pizza in the Lexington Food Group and when I was young late 70’s early 80’s this was one of several places (Mr. Gatti’s and Joe Bologna’s are a few more) we frequented as a family with my parents and the 4 of us kids. I was driving home late Tuesday night and saw an open sign after 11p and decided to stop and try a pizza. I ordered a Medium pepperoni pizza with Jalapenos. It was ready in about 15m and I took it to go. While I was waiting I had a chance to see virtually no change in the decor of their restaurant and ai hate to say it but that’s what gives this place a charm I enjoyed. So how was the pizza? I would give the pizza taste a solid 4. Like when I was young they still use the small cubed pieces of pepperoni with a change of putting the cheese over the toppings and then slightly overcooking the pizza. This totally works and tasted great. This won’t be my last time grabbing a pizza here.

Like any place. Lack of help, but the staff (being singular), was on top and never stopped working, while also being attentive to our needs.
