The drive-thru cashiers were friendly, but they had no idea what they were doing. I ordered a new drink that was still on the menu, and instead of letting me know it wasn’t available, the cashier kept asking me questions about it as if I worked there.

When I got home, my tacos, crunch wrap, and Mexican pizza had almost no meat, literally nothing inside, even though I had paid for extra. I went back to complain, and one employee admitted it was made wrong and offered to have it remade. But then the manager (Kobe or Cody) came out and told me he wouldn’t remake it because he claimed he made it himself and “knew it was right.” After throwing away my food to wait for a replacement, he refused to remake or refund it.

Later, when I called, he went into a long story about their sales numbers and how people “try to work the system” and basically accused me of being dishonest. He eventually said he could remake it if I came back, but only if I “felt passionate about it.” That is not how you treat paying customers.

This location clearly has serious management and quality control issues. Being nice at the window doesn’t mean much when the food is inedible, employees are untrained, and the manager is unprofessional and dismissive.

The manager Christian refused to make Doordash orders while there were druve thru orders which is unprofessional. Being a manager, he should be able to work those orders in as well take care of the front line and drive thru line. He really needs coaching on this and learn how to multi task. This is unacceptable for someone in his position and needs to be addressed. Even though it was a Doordash order, its the customer thats not getting properly served so therefore, that manager lacks customer service. Many people were in the lobby waiting on orders and all he focused on were the drive thru orders. There were two employees at the window. Why werent one of those workers delegated to make food other than drinks and stand around waiting on food. The young girl was very friendly and had great customer service. She apologized for the wait and explained that since there were drive thru orders that delivery orders werent able to be filled. Not once did the manager address this issue. This is uncalled for. If that manager cant handle the volume or delegate tasks maybe he shouldnt be running shifts solo. Im a GM at my restaurant and we handle all orders as they come in so it can be done. I do deliveries out of boredom but this really upsets me because a manager shouldnt just not make food because its a 3rd party order.

Good amount of filling and adequate folding technique. Air conditioning is not too cold or noisy. The person who handed us our food was friendly. I only opened it a little way to get the picture but there was way more filling than what’s visible.

So I went by Taco Bell today around 1:30 pm. I rested the 7 dollar lux box. Chicken chalupa was good and fresh. So was the taco. THE MAN AT THE WINDOW WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I pulled up handed him my card and said “Hello how are you today? He looked at me got my card and shut the window. I was like okkkk. He came back handed the food and card to me. I SAID THANK YOU SIR HAVE A GOOD DAY. He looked at me again and closed the window. I said to myself again okkkk. I got his attention. From the look on his face he wondered what I wanted. So Iasked him why didn’t he respond to me and that I was very cordial. He said I didn’t take your order though. I asked what that have to do with it. He stared again …so I pulled off. Never again will I go there. I hope the other workers are not like that

I accidentally placed an order here instead of the Grove location. I called and they were super nice and helpful, didn’t make me feel like an idiot for messing it up. I really appreciated the kindness as I was having a pretty rough day today.

We ordered online for in store pickup. The store was understaffed for 12pm on Saturday and the service was very slow. The Crunch wrap supreme was basically lettuce, cheese and tomato with scarcely any meat, it basically vegetarian. Several of the tacos were the same very little meat so that it tasted like a veggie taco. The quality of the food offerings was poor due to the lack of meat leaving the food bland. Taco Bell charged full price for these items and did not provide the meat portion sufficient for the items. A totally dissatisfying experience.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO JOSEPH!!!!!!. I was extremely upset due to the fact that the young Man running the window got cursed at badly by the driver and the passenger of a black new (used) Toyota Tacoma. The young man running the window was doing a great job and was trying to make clear the demands of the driver. I told the young man at the window that I heard everything that was said and I apologized for the Brats in the truck. I let the worker know what a good job he was doing. He thanked me and I left. Great job to Joseph!! I will definitely go back. The food was good as well.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Dylan at the Taco Bell on 119 in Alabaster. He was super professional, quick, and efficient with everything. In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven society, it’s refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and deliver excellent service. We truly appreciate you, Dylan.

I posted a picture of the Mexican pizza I received. I would think someone wasn’t properly trained and needs retrained. The bean burrito I also ordered barely had any beans and was as flat as a soft taco. It was a bad experience referring to the food. I’m hoping it’ll get better.
