This place should be condemned. They served raw chicken that looks like a dead bird that has not been cooked. Thank God I tear the meat off the bones before I eat it. This is what this company serves to people. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray dog, they should be ashamed and out of business before someone dies of food poisoning.

I go to Popeyes with my family. I order eight piece family meal. The chicken was very crispy. Very good. The Manager is very nice. He even gave my son a free apple pie. This is a very kid friendly place. I recommend for everybody to come here and eat great food service fee service is the best.

They do not speak English at this location and don’t seem to understand you very well. When I ordered on the kiosk and explained that I would like to make additions to my order, the man at the register seemed very confused and I had to literally point at the items on the screen so he could understand what I wanted to add to my order. The food was great! Nice and hot. I will be back. Staff is friendly, but needs to learn how to understand and speak English. Service was okay. A bit of a wait.

Popeyes needs to hire people that can speak English clearly. I kept having to ask her to repeat what she was saying, and she just was laughing like I was the one speaking in tongues. I was trying to order and could barely understand the worker, and when I was trying to order the $6 big box, she said I couldn’t order chicken tenders. Even though when you search “Popeyes $6 big box” it says chicken tenders is an option instead of the two pieces of chicken. She kept asking if I wanted wings and I said “No, I want chicken tenders.” I finally said yes to wings, because clearly she doesn’t know tenders are an option, and I had to leave soon.

I placed an online order while in the mall. I watched multiple people get orders. When I asked the manager about my order, she said it wasn’t ready. Then I waited another 25 minutes and try to ask her again. And she says that she did not see the order and proceeded to have an attitude with me AND BLATANTLY IGNORE ME. I started to record because she had an attitude and I knew where it was going. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in the Food court of the mall. The manager is a black lady who is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. This is who is representing the company its a disgrace to the franchise.

I was disrespected from the cash, register lady she didn’t get my order right and when I tried to address it to her, the whole crew came from behind like they were ready to fight me. I feel scared for my life. I really don’t appreciate being disrespected and not good service. When I already paid for my food I will be taking further action than just this review. I was very nice and kind when addressing the problem and nothing was resolved. I end up leaving without a meal and I didn’t even get to eat.

Everything about this location is fantastic. The management is friendly and incredibly on point with their staff, all of who were professional and friendly as well. The best Popeyes in NEO is in Beachwood Mall.
