GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This review is for the customers. It was Friday night. Place was dead, about 6ish. 6 staff on the line. There was 1 lady infont of us. The lady finished her order, and the guy walked a way. We waited…and waited…and waited. Noone told us how long it would be. I have been to this shop several times. Food is decent. The service has always been a bit slow, and I have never seen more than 3 total families inside at one time. This was just bad. After 15ish minutes, we decided we were more hungry than we were willing to wait. I just won’t with this location anymore. They aren’t worth my time, and things cost to much to spend hard earned money where it is clear we just don’t matter. We will stay away, and I suggest you do the same, if you are hungry that is. If you wanna play on your phone, noone will bother you. Best of luck.

I would not recommend this place The food is good but WHY does it take them so long to make a sandwich. Every time I come through the drive-through it’s at least an 30-45 minute wait even if there’s 1 or 2 cars it’s crazy. I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes. I don’t think we’ll waste our money here

In a line of 2 cars ahead of me. Been here since 1:41 it is now 2:01 as im typing this. The wait time is Outrageous they are working on the second cards food so who knows how much longer i have to wait here. Horrible wait time I mean it’s really my fault because I knew they took long but i was craving some and wanted to give them another try but nothings changed of course I’m just hungry and pregnant and I really like there Cajun sandwiches . They have a score of 91 though so that’s good. Okay it’s 2:06 just got my food.

After spending 40 minutes in the drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of us, we had left a 1-star review. However, when we got to the window, the poor guys said they had 4 people quit and they were doing the best they could. Had to appreciate the people that DID come to work. Still too ridiculously long, but the sandwich was good so upgraded to 3. Went back another time (closer to 11am) and no one was in the drive-through, so sailed right through. Hopefully they are working on hiring more staff!

Rude service. 3 out of 4 time our sandwich is not right. We always order the same sandwich – pepperoni pizza meatball sub with extra marinara. This time I also ordered side of jalapenos and a side of marinara. I am adding pictures and you decide for yourself if it has extra marinara. ( My opinion is there’s no marinara… Looks like the wiped the sause off the meatballs.) The manager on duty is the one that took my order and she is no help.

I usually love Firehouse sandwiches. Today my husband picked up food. My sandwich was not warmed at all I know this because the gallon of mayo they put on it was cold. It had mayo poured on both sides of the bread also lettuce on both side. Lettuce is not a big deal, I like mayo but not a sandwich swimming in it. I wiped it off but the bread, there was no way to get it out of the bread. If I had ate there I would have took it back.

After a long trip back from Florida, we wanted to stop and get something quick to eat on the way home. We pulled in at 8:30pm to find them with a car blocking the drive thru so you can’t order even though they are open until 9:00. The hours need to be updated if they’ve been changed.
