This is my first time at this Starbucks. I don’t come here often because I usually take a different route to work in the morning. We just had a big snowstorm so I’m taking the main road today just to be safe so I decided to stop by. Cuz I see the two workers that are there this morning. They were both taking orders and making the orders at the same time. They were attentive to everyone who came into the store this morning and got the orders out at appropriate time of manner. I stopped by for some beans and received top-tier service from John. He really knows his stuff when it comes to coffee origins and flavor notes. He took the time to recommend a bag that matched exactly what I was looking for and ground it perfectly for my French press. It’s rare to get that level of specific expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend asking for him if you need a recommendation!

App having issues and wouldn’t not search for Starbucks, I had to close and open app many times and still showing couldn’t find any Starbucks so I ended up using Apple Maps which took me 15 min away from my work I’m sure it wasn’t the closest one so I’m here 1h later at Starbucks having the worst costumer service experience waiting at a Starbucks that I had to take turn pike to be on so I also paid tolls s this is insane

I always tip at the drive-through. As an experiment I gave no tip last time. It was obvious that the employee was annoyed. She turned very cold and made me wait what felt like an eternity for my coffee. When she handed it to me she gave me an obnoxious smirk. Tipping culture for the drive-through window has destroyed the food service industry. I’m overly polite to everyone and I was treated like garbage for not leaving a tip for handing me my coffee. Today 1/18/25 at 12:10pm I called to give feedback on the quality of the food I received from this location. I order from this location 2-3x a week, and I usually get the same thing every time. A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. She stated that it’s a pre-packed item that they just heat up (which I already knew), but, she said that probably the quality of the product they receive has gone down. I went on to explain to her that in addition to the food being bad the last 2 times I ordered, that my drink has also arrived spilled twice in the past week. My doordasher even left me a message saying “they didnt package it right, the drink is spilling”, with a picture attached showing the green starbucks safety sticker not closing the bag, just sticking up. Coffee had spilled in the entire bag and was actually leaking through and dripping all over my counter upon arrival. This is the second time in the past week this has happened. I verbalized my concern to the employee that the quality of the product has significantly decreased within the last 2 weeks, and her response was that, “sometimes people just put the sticker on wrong”. After I explained my frustration and concern with the low quality of the product, which by the way is $30-45 dollars each time I order, several times a week, the employee simply said, “okay” and there was no offer of restitution or making the situation right. Based on the poor quality of the food, customer service, and delivery, I do not think I can justify spending $120 a week here anymore.

Big shoutout to the closing staff tonight! We came in right before closing – honestly, we weren’t sure if we’d still be able to order, and we totally would’ve understood if they said the kitchen was done for the day. But instead, they still got our food ready for us, even though it was late.
We really appreciated the fact that they made it happen under pressure. It shows dedication and hustle, even at the end of a long shift. Thanks for making sure we didn’t leave hungry!

Whoever closed tonight has terrible customer service. I assume because it was closing time they were annoyed that we ordered a sandwich. They could’ve simply said we’re out for the day and are closing. Instead, they did get us our food yes, but not without staring at us through the window and yelling curse words and when I asked them what the issue was they gave MORE attitude and said “I SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WHILE”

They look young so I get the immaturity, but that was uncalled for and I don’t appreciate the attitude when all we did was order food at a FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU. did we check hours no, because we’ve been driving for 45 mins….

Pick another job where you hide behind walls and a desk maybe if it isn’t for you.

I’ve been coming here lately to get some work done for a few weeks now. The staff is friendly and pleasant. I’ve had a few issues with the food not being hot and my drinks taking a bit but that’s not why I’m writing this review. It’s the bathrooms. They NEVER check them. The soap faucet is broken, toilet seat up, urine in toilet, trash all over the floor. It’s so disgusting. The bathroom can tell you a lot about the cleanliness of the restaurant. I hope things change cause this is BAD

I visited this Starbucks early in the morning, being the very first person in line, just to get a limited-edition bear mug. I even saw it on the shelf and took a photo. But when I went in and asked about it, the staff told me it was already sold out. This seems really unfair and suspicious—like it was being held or hidden for someone else. Very disappointing experience for loyal customers. I hope Starbucks management takes this seriously and ensures fair access for everyone.
