We have ordered from this location multiple times a year for the past 6 years. Tonight we ordered three xl pizzas and wings. I ordered the old bay wings, requested that the wings are fried harder and with a side of garlic dip (not the garlic sauce for the pizza) . First time ordering the wings and they were so good and with the sauce even better. Their pizza is always good and when you request extra cheese they really do put every cheese. Worth every penny. And they added a liter of soda for free. Much appreciated

I order from here often and my pizza is literally burnt. I called to see if they could send me another one or return some of my money and they said it’s not burnt they just used a new cheese. Business make up anything just to save money when they make thousands. The cheese is even hard when you chew it. Even the lady who answered the phone knew that was bull, she was the only reason I gave the service two stars.

Ordered delivery. Told it would take 35mins even though I was literally a block away. The guy showed up over an HOUR later with the wrong drink. I told him and he said he’d get me a replacement… will I see this drink? Doubtful

My and my husband’s first visit to this location. The staff were friendly. It was clean inside and the pizza that we purchased half vegetarian and have pepperoni was delicious, the best sauce also I have ever tasted on a pizza.

I called the Charles st location and was connected to some one who English was horrible, I tried explaining . I wanted a medium pizza 2-topping and I got a small personal pizza with the wrong topping. Not only was my order wrong but it was cold and cut horrible. This location also requires you to pay in advance for Take out .

I ordered delivery and made it clear that I don’t want a call or anything,just a drop off. But I still get a ring on my line and on top of that. The guy who delivered my stuff wanna move my wooden rocking chair around for no reason. I’ve had a difficult day and it simply gotten worse.

I ordered some jalapeño poppers and a philly cheesesteak sub from this place tonight. As I was eating the sub, I suddenly bit down on something hard. I wound up removing this weird hunk of plastic from the sub. When I tried calling them to explain what I found, they just hung up on me.
As much as I like their pizza, I won’t be ordering from here any longer. I’m just one guy, but this was disgusting.

Went here because I didn’t feel like driving. Glad I did. Got a supreme pizza. I got a small. It was so good. Had leftovers. I’d go again. Great customer service too!! Quick as well.
