Japanese pan noodles. The noodles are too big. All this extra chewing ruined it. The flavor was good price was good atmosphere is fine. I would like to say that I used to come more often. I used to get the Pina Rosa until I almost choked on the noodles. They change the noodles and got fat and chewy so I tried Japanese noodles. They’re too big also. Very nice cashier, very clean atmosphere and cozy experience. Bathroom is very cleannn. The workers also play good music so it was very much a vibe. 10/10 would eat here again.

The atmosphere was good but nothing extraordinary
Tonight’s food left things to be desired – my Mac and Cheese was a little light on the sauce, but my Fiancé’s Rigatoni Rosa was very light on the spinach and tomato, and also came with onion for some reason.
The biggest positive for tonight was the staff interactions – 3 staff were behind the counter when I walked in, and they were all focused on online orders that came in. It took a second for them to notice me, but it wasn’t a problem. They were staying busy, and came over right away when they noticed me. The interaction was the right combination of pleasant and objective.
There was a 4th employee who was taking the trash out, who wished me a good day and went out of the way to hold the door for me. It’s the most welcome I’ve felt in this store since I moved to the area approx. 2 years ago.
The TLDR; A little goes a long way. Even though I didn’t love the food, I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Went in to eat. Food was good however the service not great at all. The girl taking our order seemed annoyed and like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Went to fill my drink cup from the machine I chose to get the orange vanilla Hi’C the machine sprayed the syrup all over my pants! I went over to tell the girl she had a attitude about it and said I haven’t had any complaints about it. She then walks over press the button for soda a starts pouring it and looks at me and says see there is nothing wrong with it! I tell her that it was the Hi’C so after rolling her eyes press the Hi’C button and starts pouring and wow would you look at that the syrup is spraying all over the floor where someone would be standing, she then looks at me and says oh sorry and walks away. Now beyond the fact that my pants are covered in orange syrup which I am hoping will come out why in the world would she not correct the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen to someone else! Definitely doesn’t care about their customers! Maybe if your company and employees take of the customers then they would be repeating customers in turn taking care of you!

Just ordered a to go and my mac was cold. Maybe warm if that. My noodles also were not re cooked long enough low key a little hard. Also why it took 8min to make my mac when there was no one else. It should take 5min max.

Ordered take out spaghetti sauce and grilled chicken. The spaghetti tasted like flat out metal. And the chicken? Did you cook it in the microwave? Pure rubber! What Happened here?

EDIT: the parking construction is done however there was a sign on the door today that says due to short staffing you cannot order in person, it has to be done online.. however, I walked in (there were zero people inside and they were standing around) and was told to order online, another gentleman walked in and was told to order online, then a lady with two kids walked in and he took their order no problem up front, then a group of teenagers he told to order online. I get the staff are doing the best they can but cmon. I truly wish this wasn’t the closest noodles to me.
The parking lot is an absolute mess because of construction. They offer curbside pickup but there are no curbside parking spaces… ? I had to call once I was there for them to bring it out which they did fairy promptly. The chicken was less than stellar. The potstickers were decent. I requested no cheese on my online order and they correctly made it without cheese which I was happy about. Overall I wouldn’t say this is the best location.

I am not one to post any reviews, especially if it’s a negative one. However, I feel that I need to express my views on this one. I just ordered a Mediterranean salad with chicken. As you can see from the picture the salad was less than desirable. I thought no problem; they probably didn’t know that they were serving old, rotten salad greens. I decided to make the decision to tell them with the intention of warning them so that they don’t serve other customers with the bad salad greens. I showed one of the workers and her response was to the effect that she knew and that was how the salad greens came from the bag. No apologies, just that they knew. Now, that is totally unexpectable. They intentionally knew that they were serving me rotten salad and did not give me any options. Management needs to train their employees better. Instead of serving rotten salad, they should have told me prior to serving so that I would have other options to choose from. Better yet, they could have looked out for their customers (me) by picking out the bad greens, or they could have given me the option of replacing the greens with cucumbers or more tomatoes. But they didn’t do any of the above. This whole incident signifies that they didn’t care about my health and quality of their food. I been in the restaurant business for over 25 years; Noodles and Company management please train your employees better. The notion of treating your customers the way you wanted to be treated is a simple but good measure to assure customer service.

Waiting in front of the register for 20 (Yes 20 as I was keeping track) minutes for any sort of acknowledgement. They were working on some online orders. I am aware they noticed me as they glanced up and walked by to put to-go orders in the window. I am forgiving to some of the waiting but with zero acknowledgement, it was an embarrassing to hopefully a manager to have that in your store.

At the Apple Valley restaurant, The food overall was pretty good however, some of the extras we ordered were not included, even though we paid for them. When I went to pick up the order, the young girl with piercings in her nose and face was rude. I simply asked if our order was ready and she said in a very dismissive way, as she turned her back to me, if it’s not on the shelf it’s not ready. Regardless of her attitude and not fully completing our order, the food was still pretty good.
