Located in Mall, near Costco. Open late, with plenty of TVs. Working in town found this excellent made from scratch Mexican. Ate here twice both great meals. Bartender Rudy was a pro, even put the Fiesta Bowl on TVs and turned up sound to watch big game. 1st dinner had Seafood Enchaladas- very good w real crab & shrimp and their homemade cheese sauce added refried beans to the rice. 2nd time yesterday had Carnitas Burrito, see pic. This was incredible, gigantic, top ingredients, way above average Mex Food. Food came out quickly and well presentation on plate and great taste – yum!

ATTENTION do you like quality service? Im sure you do so then get to Cancun Mexican Margarita Bar & Grill. Once you arrive ask for your server his name is (ANGEL) best waiter of ALL TIME!!!!! He will more then take care of you and your family!!! We have (4) kids he’s great with the kids. Gets them everything they need he’s so kind!!!! Crayons, color sheet, juice, etc. Don’t stiff him give him a GOOD TIP he cares and takes pride in his job. Reminder he doesn’t work Tuesdays!!!!!!! Get there ask for ANGEL and get ready for a pleasant dinning experience!!!!!!

The food and service were great. The portion size was great. The bathroom was not clean. This place was surprisingly very nice. I had the stuffed avocados, they were great. The dessert menu was limited, but it was good. I would recommend this place

We have been going to Cancun margarita bar and grill for many years, we have always had excellent service. The owner treats us like family, every time we go out to eat this is where we come. Their food is amazing and we love the waitress and waiter they are so attentive and very personable. Thank you to all of you for your excellent service and food!

Visited 6/8/24 ordered Fried Chimichangas dinner. One beef & the other was chicken. The entire meal was really dry. I had to keep putting salsa on the chimichangas & rice. The plate was hotter than the food. They don’t have black beans very disappointing. The service was great.His name was miguel.

I don’t know what happened, but the food and the service in this place have drastically declined. The place was practically empty, with about four parties (including mine), yet the food took forever to be served. Our server was friendly, but very inexperienced and had no knowledge of the menu, the beers, and the types of dressings they serve. He gave us chips and salsa, but we never got a refill on those. Our drinks were never refilled, either. I ordered some wings as appetizers, and they arrived after the main course had been brought out. The wings were soggy and tasted as if they had been left out on the counter for an hour before being brought out to us. The main course for my wife and me, beef fajitas for two, was as equally bad as the chicken wings themselves, arguably worse. The beef fajitas were burnt and chewy, the only cheese they provided was mixed into the beans, and they only gave three small tortillas per plate. I ordered chicken tenders for my children, and even they did not like their plates.
Needless to say, we could not finish the food because it was that bad. This will probably be the last time we come to this place.
As a Fredericksburg local guide, I do not recommend this place.

I really haven’t seen many people post about Margaritaville Bar & Grill but it’s always been one of my favorites. We went there this evening for a quick bite to eat… and as always, it was delicious! Their Burritos are perfectly balanced and filled with harmonious perfection. Our server was also very attentive, patient, and sweet.

Miguel was our server. We arrived around 7:30 in the evening as a party of 4. We were immediately served chips and salsa and asked our drink order. About 5 minutes later our waiter came back with no drinks, “I forgot your drinks didn’t I?” A young lady who was serving another section, brought us drinks and pre bussed our table. The food came out very hot and fresh. The food gets 5 stars, the service would be a 3. We will try another restaurant next time. Our server was not very polite.

First visit here and we were very happy we decided to stop by. Endless chips and salsa. I ended up getting the Chori-Gringas and thought they were excellent. Chicken and chorizo were spot on. Fresh chopped onions, cilantro, tomatillo and cheese sauces on the side. The waitress, Flor, was wonderful and very attentive during our visit. We will most certainly be returning!
