Ordered my usual drink. I get Dunkin basically daily. Drove off and something tasted weird. Almost like dish water or something. Called and they told me to come back for them to remake it. I go through the drive through and they said come around.

Jennifer saw my half full cup and then refused to remake it even though they already made it. I told her I kept sipping on it cause I couldn’t quite make out what was wrong or what it tasted like (thought it was in my head) but honestly it tasted like a wet rag. She was being super aggressive and rude. Attitude is not acceptable. Scared my 5 year old and I tried my best to stay calm as to not scare my son. If he wasn’t with me I would have lost it. I’m the nicest most gentle guy and she had my blood boiling.

Owner needs to fire Jennifer asap in my opinion. You’re going to lose many customers. Finally after debating me for a good 5-10 minutes she gave me a refund (Shorted me and had to go back). Didn’t make any sense to me. You had the remade drink done but refused to give it to me but offered a refund!?

Logic makes no sense. I could’ve just handed the money back and ordered the drink they already made lol. Anyways. I’m gonna follow up with the owner. Again I’m genuinely a nice guy but that was ridiculous.

as a previous barista for 6 years, my only advice to this establishment is that when a customer is kindly explaining their drink is incorrectly typed in (by a clearly new employee) and made wrong due to how it was typed in, don’t cop an attitude out of the drive thru window. you act like this coffee comes out of your paycheck, it is NOT THAT SERIOUS girl. my fault for passing my typical dunkin’ and stopping here, that’s on me. screaming at customers to feel validated that you didn’t make a mistake, is insane behavior. also, you remade my drink again and its still wrong. worst $8 and 25 mins ive wasted in my 30 years of living. i hope your tuesday gets better and maybe you find a job you actually like 🙂 xoxoxo

If I could rate a zero I would have. What a damn joke it was to come to this Dunkin’ Donuts I will never ever come to this crappy atmosphere the rudest employees
I just left your Dunkin’ Donuts , and I am beyond disgusted with the service and quality. The employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I mentioned that the Snackin’ Bacon was cold, greasy, and sitting in a puddle of oil, they told me that “it’s supposed to come cold” and that “the training facility said so.”
They follow the rules. I really wanted to call the lady a liar because my closest friend is actually a manager at Dunkin’ Donuts and I know they’re supposed to come hot and fresh not cold and greasy

That is absolutely ridiculous. Snackin’ Bacon is supposed to be served warm and fresh — not cold, slimy, and old. It was inedible. The fact that your employees tried to argue with a paying customer instead of fixing the issue shows a complete lack of care and respect.

I expect better from Dunkin’. You seriously need to retrain this staff on both food handling and basic customer service. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’.

There’s a Starbucks and a good Dunkin a little further down the road. This place is easily the worst Dunkin in existence. Take 10 minutes to make two drinks, forget the straws, and the staff treat the customers like we’re the problem.

I pulled up to drive-through window first I got my coffee wrong and when I told him something was missing out of it, they caught an attitude and then they proceeded to shove the drink into my hand. I asked somewhere the other part of my order was he rolled his eyes slammed the drive-through window and was complaining. I always have an issue when I go to that store on my way to work and then the other crew proceeded to laugh And snicker

This is the first and last time I will ever go into your establishment in Trinity. The store manager is horrible! Extremely rude, and absolutely no customer service skills. I drove to your other Dunkin donuts store and was telling the staff there about my experience at that store and they apologized to me for my bad experience. Apparently she is known as the coffee Nazi in the area, and her reputation proceeds her! Ask yourself this question do you really want this person representing your business?

I went in to get a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a bacon egg and cheese one, took one bite and noticed something was off and it made me and my bf sick! We took it apart to see that the egg was green and spotty, I called the store and the “manager” I talked to was super rude when I went into the store to get a refund I was approached by a man who I assume was another manager he was nicer but the lady I talked to was in the back going let me see that very rudely! I do not recommend going here as the minute I walked in all eye were on me and snotty faces were being mad.

Had the worst customer service experience from the Supervisor Jennifer at around 730am this morning. Her behavior is totally a disgrace. She yelled and curse at me this morning at the drive through and refused to make the sandwich breakfast that I asked for.

My freinds and I went through the drive through and asked for the 6 dollar meal deal. From the start the person over the mic was extremely rude.We asked to add sausage to the bagel on the meal and she explained that it wouldn’t work with the deal that way so we said okay and agreed. We then tried to order an ice Carmel latte and she raised her voice at us and told us that it wouldn’t fit on the meal. Although we had already agreed we weren’t doing the deal anymore and tried to explain that to her. She then got off the mic and disappeared. My freind and I were talking about how rude she was being and then asked if she was still there since she hadn’t said anything she then replied” yeah I’m still here listening to everything yall are saying are you going to pull up or keep laughing wassup?” In disbelief we explained to her how unbelievably disrespectful she was being for no reason. She then screamed at us “Bye go to the Dunkin down the street”. Then another person came on the mic and we asked if we could speak to the manager and they said that the person speaking to us was the AGM. A company being ran by people like this is destined for failure. Never have I ever experienced that level of disrespect for absolutely no reason. We pulled up to the window grabbed our things and as were were driving off they screamed at us “CRAZZYYY”. DO NOT GO HERE and expect good service.

My mom went in there today to get a pumpkin spice latte and it was not made right. The employees were screaming at her and did not want to remake it. They then took the cup and poured caramel over the top. She asked for a refund where is the customer service? I also want to know where the Manager was how dare employees scream at elderly woman!!!
