I live in the town where this restaurant is located and have been to it hundreds if not thousands of times of years. Always have had a good experience of food is great but recently they’ve hired a manager who covered up her name plate and would not give me her name All I can do is she’s a middle-aged black lady. She’s extremely rude disrespectful and uncaring for her customers concerns. As a business owner I would be appreciative of anyone who would inform me that one of my employees was acting the way she is and treating their customers the way she is. She flat out told me that I am no longer welcome in her restaurant into this day I do not know what I did or why she doesn’t like me but she is very made it very plain she does not appreciate my business

The smashburger was great .And the fries were awesome. The cashier was a high school student with very good manners. Was refreshing to have a friendly person at the drive through.

This is a rare sit-down indoor dining Sonic, complete with TV and electronic fireplace. We were quite disappointed with all the food selections, which tells me the food prep person was very inexperienced or not trained properly. Usually Sonic food is decent to pretty good. Fried foods were overdone and burgers just lacked flavor

For some reason the Lady in the back (whom called herself a manager) with the mustache. Has the worst attitude I have ever dealt with. For her to have been working in fast food restaurants in Winnsboro for over 25 years you would think she would be a lot nicer to customer. The actual manager (pregnant lady) was very nice about how to fix my issue. I ordered a small mozzarella once I realize that I was charged for a medium and that I received a medium mozzarella sticks. I went inside and let them know that that’s not what I asked for for. The Manager with the mustache) said that’s what she ordered when I corrected her and told her that’s not what I ordered she Was very rude. Also, once entering the actual building, this is what I see what a disgusting place to get food from I didn’t end up eating the food, a waste of my money because the moldy smell of the inside of the restaurant and the leaking of the water on the floor and a dirty wet floor sign on a countertop told me all I needed to know about the sonic location. Don’t Eat Here!

I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito combo. There was NO meat on it at all just a ton of jalapeños. My husband got 2 ham toaster sandwiches 1 as a combo. He said the bread had a burnt taste, the ham was dry and there wasn’t enough cheese. The fries tasted old.

I usually use the app to get the drinks for half price which used to be a perk. Now it is a deal and in order to use any other deal you have to order more than one time. I can say that the people working here are very friendly and courteous however I am not happy with the app

I recently had a bad fall and everything I try to do is painful. Instead of trying to cook, I went to Sonic to get something to eat. I don’t like the other fast food places so I thought I would try Sonic. I know their corn dogs and fries are good but had never tried a hamburger until the other day. The one I got was pretty good. Thankfully it doesn’t taste like McDonald’s or BK; it has its own taste. I really like the crinkle cut fries too.
I have no opinion about the atmosphere because I’ve never been inside of the place.
