The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. It’s very expensive, and the fact that tips start at $14 feels excessive and honestly a bit off-putting.
That said, the atmosphere, service, and overall experience were still great. I’d definitely recommend it for a special occasion or for anyone wanting to experience Iraqi food in an upscale setting.

The food was good and fresh — the mixed appetizers were well prepared, the hummus and tabbouleh were tasty, and the bread was warm and nicely baked. Portions were generous and satisfying.
Service was very good, attentive, and friendly, which made the meal more enjoyable.

Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed, managing around 10 tables of 4–6 people by herself. I understand that it is fasting season and the restaurant is very busy, but the lack of staff significantly affected the service. It was difficult to get attention, and the overall experience felt rushed and disorganized.
To make matters worse, after we left, both of us experienced stomach pain, which raised concerns about the freshness and food safety.
I understand how busy this time can be, but serving cold, questionable food without proper staffing led to a very disappointing experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality and staffing to ensure a better experience for future customers.
