Brandon and the rest of the DQ crew, thank you for the hospitality. This is one of those reviews I thought had to be done, not because of the food, but because of the people. I have made my way through this drive through on a dozen occasions but today’s stood out. It is typically on the slow side, but with every industry having staffing issues, thats to be expected. What isnt always expected is a positive attitude. I watched Brandon serve the two drivers in front of me in the drive thru with a smile and a demeanor that looked genuine. His actions continued when I pulled up to the window and he greeted me with a smile and kind words. Sometimes an average food experience can become a great one without changing a single item on the menu.

We visited tonight and were stuck behind 2 vehicles that ordered several boxes of chicken tenders that were not ready.
Cars wrapped all the way around the building by the time we left, and no one asked the car to pull forward while they prepared the fresh chicken. The worst part was after waiting 10 minutes for the one car to receive their order. We had to sit and wait for the next car to receive their freshly made chicken tender meals adding another almost 10 minutes.
What’s wrong with asking cars to pull forward and keep the line moving along?

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and received the burger in the photo. The manager would not refund my meal. Will never return.
Also most employees seen had on no masks at the drive thru window.

Their Google site lists “drive-in” hrs as “open” as of 7:30 AM…but is not open…totally closed/dark. Restaurant (sit-down part) is listed to open at 10:00AM…they used to open early around 5 or 6:AM…not sure when that changed.

Maybe 10 young teens working, standing around doing nothing. Drive thru line was terribly long, so I went in to get my kiddo’s kids meal. Waited 5 mins witnessing the laziest employee behavior ever before I asked if anyone was working & could take my order. A girl apologized to me and immediately took my order after I so rudely interrupted her convo with one of her coworkers. They then handed me the cone. I asked if my food was done. When they said no, I asked if I could get it remade when my food was ready as it was not for me & I didn’t want it all melted. There were 2 sundaes on the front counter melting literally all over the place. Hoping they didn’t expect to serve them. There were no adults in sight as far as management was concerned. The remade cone was the most pathetic DQ cone I have ever seen. My 1st job was at DQ at 16 & this type of behavior, customer service & quality never would have been tolerated. I am all for positive reviews, but there was no positive in this experience.

I go multiple times a week to get hasbrowns. I absolutely love them. I went again this morning and asked if they were fresh. As the past couple times, they’ve been cold. He assured me they were. Once I received them, they were so grease logged, they weren’t able to be eaten.

This was a really good DQ. Drive throuigh person was really cool and had a great personality. My wife and I really like it. We will be back.

What a melted mess the last two visits to this location. The blizzards would not pass the flip tests. We could have used straws.
We will be getting our ice cream from the jasper location from now on. I’m not sure if it is a machine issue or a cleaning issue, or they just can’t make them correctly.
