Eating Adventures With Omar
After passing by this place for over a year, I finally stopped. I initially thought it was a Texas BBQ spot and to my surprise it was Puerto Rican food! I initially ordered empanadas, but was talked into a Puerto Rican style hot dog that was different, but didn’t disappoint! They also told me about the plates, which immediately made me order one of those also. The pork was marinated and so juicy! The rice and peas were also really really good! It also came with a potato salad. It had something sweet in it that may have been pineapple. Different but worth a try. I’ll definitely returning for more!

Best puertorrican flavor in town! From their arroz con gandules, to the Cuban sandwich, and even their desserts. Owner and her family have always aim smile for their clients. We love visiting authentic and family owned places like this one.

This place is great, the food is amazing, the little atmosphere they have set up is great with the music and the service is the best. I went there once then came back a couple of weeks later and they remembered me right away. Great place

I hate to do this but we ordered food from DoorDash to this place. I waited for about 2 hrs and my food was not ready yet. I had to send my husband to personally pick it up and even doing that, they didn’t wanted to give the food to him. After a few wait then she ended up giving it to him and didn’t even apologized. I will never ever again ship from here.

New to the area and was excited to try this place, however, no one is on site despite being opening hours. Friday, 3:35pm. I called to see if someone had stepped away, but no answer. So disappointed.

I drove by this spot for 3 years telling myself I need to try it. Almost everyday passing it by on the way on. If this sounds familiar, stop waiting. I started with cubano sandwiches and empanadas. When I tell you it is worth the wait, it is worth every second. I normally post pictures of food in here so people can get an idea, but as you can tell.. no photo. That’s because this food does not last long. Imagine that one meal you had where you took the first bite and the next thing you remember is it finished and wanting more? It’s kinda like that, but better. My advice? Take that right turn on Chap and stop in to try for yourself. After, leave a comment thanking me so someone else can see it’s verified .
