I ordered a pizza and was initially told it would take 10-12 minutes. Unfortunately, the wait extended beyond the expected time. After 15 minutes, I their system kept on displaying 1-5 minutes, which I waited and then this turned into another 15 minutes. Then I asked them once more and they said sir we are very busy and asked for another 24 minutes, which would had me waiting over an hour eh I was not p without even knowing if they would actually provide it then. So I canceled the order bc In the future, I would consider visiting the other center for an actual good experience.

Used to love it, ate religiously here even though the pizzas were hit or miss. Unfortunately, Kat was incredibly rude to me and my husband tonight, and we will not be eating here again. I called to place a pickup order, no answer. I get it, you’re busy. I call back, get placed on hold for 20 minutes. Eventually have my husband call. While I’m still on hold, she answers, and begins to take his order- 2 pizzas and veggie knots. At the end, she tells us very rudely that we need to give payment over the phone. We’ve eaten here at least a hundred times, this has never been a policy. We explain we have a groupon and that we will pay when we pick up as she cant take the groupon over the phone. She becomes very aggressive and agitated, tells us to come in to order or order online. I explain we cant order online as it requires immediate payment. I asked her when the policy changed because we’ve eaten there recently (and frequently, since at least 2021). She became more aggressive, so we canceled our order. Sad, but this isnt the first incident of aggressive employees. Screenshots provided for context. My husband will be changing his 5 star review.

Good pizza- when you catch them open. Will consistently take the phone off the hook for orders and closes early on a daily basis. If you want pizza better be on day shift . Oh and dont bother going by the hours posted on google- theyre wrong. Sunday 1230-1 am

Was stoked to try this place out and sadly was let down. The overall experience was good but I was expecting more out of the 14” Pizza. Instead it was all kinda meh with a strong overpowering garlic taste. For the price next time I’ll just get a Papa John’s. They really do have better ingredients better pizza.

Pizza Donisi SLAPS. Orion made our most recent pie (pepperoni) and it was THE BEST PIZZA WE’VE HAD FROM DONISI thank you so much dude. We had the pizza fries fried ravioli pizza and mini cannolis and we are stuffed and happy. So grateful this is our local spot and that we can saunter out the front door and come home with delicacies. And thanks Orion for making us this amazing dinner and making our night!!

The service was great, and the pizza was excellent. I’m not the biggest sausage fan on pizza, but their homemade sausage is amazing. If you’re close or passing though stop in and check out of. Definitely worth it! Don’t wait, go now!
