Ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders meal for $15 and I got what looked like large chicken nuggets. NOT as pictured on the menue, online, or what I have received in the past. The potato wedges were larger than the chicken! And I have the picture to prove it. Also the potato wedges were not cooked all the way. Never coming back to this place, never!

Went to drive thru around 10:35am but the recording stated that they weren’t open yet. Went inside and it was open. There was two females working inside. Walking back and forth without acknowledging us. We finally were able to grab their attention and placed our order. After taking our money they then didn’t have enough chicken and we were asked to get something else. Horrible customer service. These old ladies did not want to work. Although we were kind and respectful, it was evident that they were bothered by us, the customers. On top of that they forgot one of our order and we had to go back inside to get it. The restroom was filthy. No seat covers, no toilet paper and no paper hand towels. Will not be returning here. I wish I would’ve read some of these bad reviews beforehand.

Originally placed an order online for takeout, but when I arrived, I asked if I could dine in instead. Mariana, the young lady who helped me, was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She quickly made the necessary changes and ensured that all my food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Her outstanding customer service truly made my visit a great experience, and I really appreciated her kindness and efficiency. I LOVE KFC!

I’m sorry but it irritates me beyond belief when a chicken place doesn’t carry BBQ sauce. There is a honey BBQ tossed tenders and chicken sandwich advertised everywhere but when I ask for BBQ she has to ask someone else if they have it first of all, then offers me SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE INSTEAD EXCUSE ME? There’s no one in line behind us at the drive thru at all and they tell us to “pull forward” with literally nowhere to pull forward to but the street in front of us. Like you’re that desperate for quick window times? Gimme cold fries and offer sweet and sour sauce with them? Just weird.

Order a famous bowl and as you can see 5 nuggets of chicken. Looks nothing like the advertisement does KFC has always had smaller portions then what is on the picture I. The window. Which most fast food places do… I’m putting this review out because you should get what you pay. Not shorted because a company want to make more money out of there customer.
