A total Hidden Gem on the north side of Corpus Christi. We came from Chicago to try Brodie’s. The food has so much flavor. Wow, wow, wow on the Chicago style dog. We also tried the beef the Polish sausage and definitely you got to try those tacos on Taco Tuesday. The food is amazing it has so much flavor and you know that Brodie’s takes their time to bring you some great tasting food. Gotta try it. Well, while I was writing this review, i decided to order that famous cheeseburger.

Every detail of the Chicago dog was perfect. The poppy seed bun, the snappy Vienna hotdog, the sport peppers and neon green relish. I could even taste the celery salt. You can tell this is a labor of love I will probably make it a weekly lunch spot so I can try all the Chicago classics he has on his menu.

They made the chicago style hot dog as expected. I was impressed they didn’t forget the celery salt and sport pepper. The beef was on the sweeter side today and would prefer more seasonings. Overall, it is a good place to try.

Ok so first of all the chili cheese fries are amazing. Would recommend all the time it would get me fat because of how much I want to have the chili cheese fries second the tacos on Tuesdays great I love the salsa and then I love the meat they use third the burgers oh it’s such a big Patty and I love it because it gets me full every time I would recommend this place over any other place. This place is better than your Friday night date night with your wife or husband 10 out of 10. I am in love with this place if I could have it every day, I would. I would definitely recommend

Aww man I had the sausage and beef dog as well as the all beef and they were huge and the meat was so tender. Then I poured the wonderful peppers carrots celery infused spicy oil on top which made it so much more delicious and the kicker was the au-jus gravy bc I dipped the sandwich in there and I didn’t even have to chew. It was so juicy and delicious, I’ve been there several times and now I always crave it lol it’s become a staple in my favorite restaurants list!!!!

Oh my gosh, this food is amazing. The Italian beef is fantastic. I’ll be back again. Hidden gem for sure.
(Only thing is the giardiniera is a bit unexpectedly oily, but it’s not a dealbreaker, but rather a warning … it definitely seems homemade and is tasty.)

I didn’t have to take a picture. It’s exactly as advertised. Chicago dog was everything I wanted. Every ingredient fresh and delicious. Classic poppyseed bun. Perfect. Fries were cooked in clean grease fresh and crispy. Is not the ideal location but will be there many more times. Do it. Go there.
