The food is great.
The establishment is very clean too.
Also the restrooms are also clean which is very nice.
And the chicken is crispy lol. Don’t leave unless you get a strawberry and cream cheese pie you’ll thank me but be careful it’s hot on the inside.

Had to drive ahead and wait in drive thru then when he did bring it he just shoved it in my window and said here then walked off. Half my order was missing when I got home. They need to fire him and the person that hired him

We came through the drive through & ordered 3 meals. We were given 3 boxes so thinking we had our food went on our merry way. Get home & my sons meal was completely missing, the 3rd box was the fries from my daughters meal. Tried to call to see if we could remedy the situation & thier phone number doesn’t work. Ended up giving my son my meal. For $35 freakin dollars it would have been nice if we had at least all gotten our food.

It has been close to three years since the last time I ate at Popeyes. After today, it will most likely be never again. I ordered online thinking to myself “I’ll give them the best chance possible”. However, once I got there, I was not surprised to find that my food was not ready. After waiting in total 30 minutes to get my food of course the order was wrong. After ordering a 9 piece tender that’s supposed to come with four biscuits and three dipping sauces and ordering a shrimp basket that comes with a drink. After receiving my order, I found out that it only came with one biscuit no sauces and no drink. I would be angrier, but it is Popeyes so you get what you pay for. Would not only recommend never eating at this location, but just don’t eat at Popeyes. Literally any other fast food restaurant will get your order right and will be cheaper. I’d give it zero stars but google forces me to give you one.

2 of us entered the store to order. There were 5 employees standing around talking to each other, one of them was counting money at the register. After about 5 minutes one of the remaining 4 decided to ask us if he could take out order. Food was overcooked and dry. The owner of this store would have to be aware of these employees. Never going back to that location.

No stars! This is beyond horrible! Days old nasty chicken, didn’t have four of the foods i was wanting. The order was wrong. Had to go back 3 times and still had my order wrong. Rice was and hard. I should’ve brought the whole order back inside an got my money back. Because out of the order for 3 people we only got to eat a biscuit an two apple pies. This is pathetic! If i lived closer i would bring it back because its all getting thrown to the trash! Sad pathetic horrible is not even close to this order. And on top of that horror you wait at least 30 minutes then asked to pull up. Definitely will never waste my money ever again, i will eat from a convenient store before wasted my time an money.

Tonight was the most pathetic experience here!!! I simply asked for a little more gravy on my Cajun rice because I didn’t see any on my order. The young boy told me it’ll be $2 plus to just add gravy, after just spending $28 with y’all!!!!! You got to be out your mind!!! Y’all weren’t going to lose any many money just by simply adding gravy, that I asked for and didn’t see on my rice!!!!

I’ve given this particular location multiple opportunities. The service is hit and miss most times. If you go around 7 pm, the doors are locked. Wanting spicy chicken around that time appears to be a crime, the attitude they catch when you ask for it is horrible!! I’m sorry, I thought their job was to provide chicken. The final act for me was getting red beans and rice that was sour. I have not been back since, I go to another city if I want Popeyes. This location should be shut down
