I accidentally ordered a mobile order at the wrong DQ to this DQ, and was 20 minutes away from here and it was closing in 15 so I called to ask to cancel the order. The manager was super friendly, said they were making our order and to come on and he’d personally stay open and give us our order. He did just that and was super friendly. We are very thankful, great ice cream and great service too.

I just got a fish sandwich and didn’t realize until I was halfway through when i looked down and saw the fish cutlet was raw in the middle!!! The lemon/mayo sauce ( could have been tartar) overpowered the taste so I didn’t catch it right away. The edges of the fish were cooked, the inside was raw!!! Hopefully I don’t get sick 🙁 ughhhhhh annoyed.
There was no wait. The fries and fudge sunday were good. The man at the window seemed to be the owner or manager. he was nice. Disappointed that the food isn’t cooked to appropriate temps. People can really get sick. Hopefully I’ll be okay.

Good things are recognized. They serve quickly, the food is just as it appears in the photos, and the flavor is spectacular! You must try the ice cream with hot syrup, it’s crazy, and the person who makes the ice cream is beautiful, so this restaurant has it all!

my dad and i walked into dq a couple days ago and we’re immediately greeted by Paul i believe (i was trying to look at his name tag without making it awkward lol) he was so energetic and kind, i’ve never had such a good experience with fast food places, paul made sure we were taken care of and was beyond kind! will be a happily returning customer !

They are super fast. And always friendly. My little ones love this place so I go often. Every time I have went here never has any issue come up. I think they do a great job. The prices though tend to add up really fast when ordering multiple items. I dont know how other families afford to feed more than two kids here. I just wish the prices were not as high. Other than that it is a great place.

Had a great visit to Dairy Queen. I really enjoyed my s’mores Blizzard—it was made just right. Service was quick and the staff was pretty friendly too. Definitely hit the spot.

They charged me .69 a piece for 3 ranch cups. 2 of the three weren’t full. I understand you have the charge people but at least make sure the cups are full. There is a reason people order extra of something and that reason is NOT to pay extra for stuff like this. Imagine you paid your food service company full price for an extra sleeve of cups and they only send you a quarter sleeve, you’d be upset right? Same concept. Fix it.

Everything was fine up until I handed her 20 and she gives me a whole boatload of coins because she ran out of singles. I asked her I said is the whole store out of shingles she says no but my manager is busy right now and I can’t disturb him afterwards. I asked for the ladies name and she refused to give it to me. You can’t miss her. she has green hair just a little aggravated about getting a handful of change when she could’ve told me that Upfront and I’m sorry, but it’s the Manager‘s shop to get changed for the employees. Yes, he was working in drive-through, but she just wasn’t interested in fixing the problem at all.
