if you like Dunkin’ Donuts munchkins you’re going to love Timbits!! the flavors are much better than Duncan and they taste fresh no matter what time you order them. This location was very clean and the staff was incredibly kind!

the person taking my order was very nice, patient, and helpful!! the food came out instantly and it was very well put together. I got the avacado toast and the hasbrowns, there arent much vegan options in terms of food.

Was in the drive thru this morning at 745 and was surprised how rude the woman on the speaker box was. Was trying to order a few wraps without cheese, it was difficult to hear due to the background noise from inside the bussiness back feeding through the mic. Her response was scrambled and drowned out by background yelling and laughing. She said two wraps to which I repeated the order just to be sure when the woman on the headset was incredibly rude saying in a condescending sarcastic way, “I got it geez”. Got to the window, the guy who took my money was professional and curious. I looked behind him and saw a lady in a headset lite up joking around with the other employees and they were all talking very loud. When my order came, the guy who brought it to the window was standoffish and rude too. I said thanks and have a nice day and he didn’t respond, just looked at me with a irritated expression and gave me the bag. Food was alot smaller than I remember with the sausage and egg cut in half for the wrap. I’ve been here many times and never had this happen before they’re usually great. Not sure what the attitude problem is today might just be a bad day…. Either way I might steer clear for the foreseeable future I suggest you do the same.

Apparently we were the first mobile app order that came in delayed. We told them we placed this order for pick up 30 mins prior at place of staying before check out. Staff tried to blame us for ordering mobile in drive thru? Issue was resolved after a dispute (as we walked in, staff was focused mainly on drive thru orders and talking, not focusing on the mobile orders computer), but cost us a little travel time. Very unwelcomed first TH experience of my travel companion.

Wow, Timmy’s is trash. It’s been going down for years. Today I got two cold coffees that were hot at one time. I also ordered food that was unedible. Stay away.

Nice place. Just make sure you say peppermint mocha latte if that is what you want or they might think you want a peppermint mocha hot chocolate, which is what happened to me. It tasted good but was too sweet for my liking

This is now the second time I’ve ordered a bagel B.E.L.T and have gotten just a bacon egg and cheese instead. And this time just one egg normally there’s two eggs on a breakfast bagel. Kinda annoying. Also they are very inconsistent with the amount of cream used in coffees. The workers are always friendly though and compliment my dog when I bring her with me through the drive thru so that’s why I’m still giving three stars.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I have to say most of the time the service is fantastic the staff is friendly and the wait is fast! Especially Alexis who works the drive thru in the early morning She’s so kind friendly and has a smile that would light up a room. Very courteous and she’s always working. Give that woman a raise!
