This team today has it together!! Food fast and this smiling young man RUNS everything out to you! We watched him for an hour run to do his work. Impressive. You just don’t see young people with excellent work ethic anymore. Good job! Food was too hot to eat for a minute! Excellent food! Cheese sticks are better than any restaurant! 4-6-2022: I ordered the combo #4 ultimate burger (double meat bacon cheese burger) with a large onion ring & a strawberry vanilla Dr. Pepper.
The burger was hot and had decent flavor, the onion rings didn’t taste good at all, they had a odd texture. The strawberry vanilla Dr. Pepper was not good at all and lacked flavor.
I also ordered a small fries & a small cheese sticks to try out. The fries tasted good and so did the cheese sticks, although on the cheese sticks they tasted like fish sticks honestly.
A member of my party ordered the fish sandwich (cod fish) which was disgusting and wasn’t prepared right. We had to get a refund on the fish sandwich due to the horrible taste.
Overall the experience at Stars Drive-in was horrible & I won’t be returning.

Doesn’t even deserve one star my bacon cheese burger had so much mayo and mustard it was crazy I had no lettuce and one tomato yall are terrible and my husband grilled chicken was cold and to think we waited over 30 minutes people who pulled in after us was getting their food before us and you could tell the others had large orders horrible place straight trash. You all need to stop smashing the buns of the burgers they look like yall stepped on them. Train those children that work there better than that

I just had the most pleasant experience at a fast food spot here in Odessa at the Stars on Andrews Hwy. The young lady that took my order on the phone and the young man that brought it all out to me were both so amazing. As cheerful as they were polite, and they were as polite as it gets. I will not be going back to this place the food was terrible fries were cold cheese sticks weren’t cooked all the way, and the burgers were put together with no care at all my husband got a triple burger and the burger was smushed so bad u would think it was a kids burger, bread was soggy and the meat had no flavor at all, when ordering the person taking the order kept over talking and interrupting to ask anything else. all in all a terrible experience. I took pictures but wouldn’t let me put them on here

This is the 4th time that I have gone up to get a quick meal either for lunch or my family and the quality of both the food and customer service is severely atrocious, waiters don’t care if you order 3 meals they will try and bring you one flat drink and say that is your order, late night food runs that should be made to order will taste like the food has been there for hours fries will taste like nothing but grease stale bread, wife once received molded bread which is a severe issue. every other stars has a sense of quality not this one do not recommend even when you showcase these issues to management they do not care cause it’s not their money

Very disappointed. I can see why people come here. I got the #13 and with large onion rings and I did not like it at all. The onion rings were bland and floppy with the batter just sliding off due to being under cooked and the Steak sandwich was likewise floppy and inedible. Served with just tomatoes, lettuce and mayo it was so bad to eat i wonder why anyone would put something so visually and texture wise like that on the menu. I wish it was worth my time to go back and ask for a refund.
