I usually don’t rate fast food restaurants but this one deserves it . An employee named Hope waited on me. They were busy and yet I was given great customer service. I had a special request about a kids meal and Hope and Manager Kevin fulfilled above said request. Professional, customer oriented and friendly. This BK is solid

I can’t rightly rate this location. I’ve dealt with them in the past and the good was good. Better than most burger kings in the area. The service is always nice. Even during the busier times.
The reason why I can’t rate them this time around is because I went there exclusively for the ice cream and shakes. Unfortunately both machines were down so I unfortunately had to take my business across the street to Wendy’s.
Their ice cream is okay. I wouldn’t get it again though. For a Wendy’s their ice cream was honestly subpar compared to most.

The gentleman at the register today was not very friendly, nor was the young lady with a thin personality. The 6:00 pm shift on September 2 was not very friendly. The morning shift was super friendly. A very friendly American woman. I visit this place often, but unfortunately, I have to deal with these unfriendly people. Yesterday, September 1, the floor was dirty. I sat here for an hour and no one cleaned it. I don’t like the attitude of the afternoon shift at all.

The location did not have enough help for the lunch rush. I ordered for takeout, and my food was put on a tray. The burger was very greasy. I chose regular coke at the beverage dispenser area, and what was dispensed had artificial sweetener. While the fries were fine, I will not be back!

quite literally the worst burger king i’ve ever been to. the last 2 times i went they were so unpleasant & the food was stale and tasted rly bad. the one time i didn’t even get to order bc the person who was taking my order at the drive through didn’t know the menu items so what i was ordering she wasn’t understanding lol. i ended up just leaving bc i couldn’t get the right order in. the time before that the guy at the drive through window wasn’t wearing shoes?? like. bare feet on the kitchen floor. barefoot guy was the only nice interaction i had here, but no shoes is wild & unacceptable. i felt bad bc i don’t know but situation, but that’s truly not sanitary !!! i have no idea how this place is still open. today i was craving an impossible whopper, so for the first time in a long time i went to get one here. the whopper was barely grilled, weird flavor, fries tasted weird and stale too, and even the cinnamon bun things were somehow stale but also not cooked all the way on the inside. to top it off, i was so nice and even said “thank you so much have a great rest of your day” to the person at the window when she handed me my food, and she didn’t even acknowledge it or smile she just shut the window. officially never going back and ill be driving to the next closest one when i have a craving!!!

Unfortunately, this BK is probably the worst place in Montgomery county when it comes to the wait time. Drive thru? You’re waiting about 15 mins at least each time, even when it’s not busy. Orders are usually wrong, every other time I come here I’m handed the wrong order first. If it’s busy, be ready to wait at least 30 mins. I lived by it so it was the only place I could really go to and I was stuck waiting for an absolutely ridiculous amount of time, not almost every time, but EVERY time. It’s not a short staff issue either because there is usually 5-7 employees here each time. Either they need to clean house here and be better at training the employees, or just close it down at this point.

Do NOT come to this Burger King. I placed a mobile drive through order and they made me come inside even though there was no one else there(I only got a burger and fries). I then got my food 30 seconds after I walked in and they had forgotten half of my order and were very rude to me. If all of that wasn’t enough I now have food poisoning from this location.
