I went to Bojangles this morning. I haven’t been since they closed down last year. I ordered a chicken biscuit and bought rounds. The biscuit had butter on the outside, and the chicken was a flat piece that was cooked perfectly. The bo rounds were good. Moist and tasty.

Absolutely disgusting food: It all tastes bad, and there were No Utensils – At All: not even a straw for the drink!! – with my delivery; all sauces were also missing Except the peach-honey-pepper, which I don’t understand why Anyone would think is good enough to sell since it smells bad and tastes even worse.
No part of the order was good – even the tea was somehow both too sweet And too bitter simultaneously – but that sauce, while its name suggests an appealing flavour concept, is so poorly executed and was definitely the worst-tasting item that I received . . . although the ‘apple crisp’ – which isn’t ‘crisp’ at all but soggy at the top – is close in second place for tasting the most-repulsive.

This was the most friendly, best service, and best tasting fast food I’ve eaten in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and all with a smile! This location to Bojangles is by far the best. The employees are extremely friendly You never wait too long for anything and I would definitely recommend going here for chicken tenders or the Cajun fillet biscuits… But you must go and try the Boberry biscuits, they are the best!!!!

Three of us went in for Lunch. We had 1 hour. It took 40 minutes to get the food. 1 oder wasn’t correct, one person’s food was over cooked, and the fries seemed undercooked.

NEVER less than a 10 minute wait for grilled chicken. I get it has to cook, but a minimum 10 minute wait for grilled chicken isn’t fast food. It’s usually a 15-20 minute wait. They won’t pre prepare grilled chicken but they’ll leave the fried chicken out for God only knows how many hours at a time.

I ordered 3 4 piece chicken supreme meals I get home and I only got 3piece meals I paid $31.00 . The tenders were so small and the order of fries were small in each box. I guess they must thought I ordered kids meal from McDonald’s. I will never go back . I called and both managers I spoke with your very rude. Don’t go waste your money here. Never get a how are you or thanks and no receipt.

The employees are so friendly at this particular location And you never have to wait too long for your food. The chicken tenders are pretty good as well as the Cajun fillet biscuit which is one of my favorites… But you have to try the Boberry biscuits they are the best, hands down!!!!
