They seem to try really hard to maintain a good atmosphere. But, there’s something about the vibe that just doesn’t sit right. I guess anywhere the bathroom requires an employee to open it for you feels that way.

Not a bad McDonald’s but not a memorable one either, other than not being able to hear the people on the microphone or receiving a very underwhelming Denali Burger. Barely any sauce and no condiments. Fries were good though.

Ordered a coke and mchicken. McCHICKEN was delicious as usual. I personally use it as a form of currency calculator. The coke was watered down. I filled out a survey with my experience. Spent a thoughtful five minutes on the survey. At the end of the survey it had a code to redeem some sort of deal or price or something else nebulous. I went inside to redeem my just reward. They only have kiosks here so I pressed the help button on the kiosk. No help came. A thoughtful couple behind me bemoaned the service as they were also not being assisted. I waved down a reluctant and ultimately helpful person. The individual told me that this McDonald’s doesn’t do that. I asked why did I do the survey. He shrugged. He was right to shrug. It was my choice to do the survey with no promise of reward. My hopes were brought up when one was promised, but dashed just as quickly.
I will ultimately return to this McDonald’s when I feel the need. How could I not? I am but a man.

The food was fine but ordering of the food was a pain. 3 out of 4 self ordering machines were out of service and it took upwards of 10 minutes to get someone to take out order. There were several sketchy strung out looking individuals in the parking lot, 2 of which asked us for money.

They gave me a kids small orange juice instead of a small and yet charged me for the bigger size. How is it that the other mcdonalds just down the street a few minutes away gives you an actual small orange juice and this place tries to be slick and pass off a kids cup as a small. I wont go back to this one. They dont have to cheat people.

Worst burger yet. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese Deluxe, light on the Mayo. It still had way too much Mayo, and to boot a piece of napkin was stuck to the bun where it was used to wipe off the excess mayo…. Disgusting! Also, my Mcnuggets had a 12″ long dark hair inside the box. Won’t be going back to this one ever.

The workers rough housed and yelled cuss words even after being asked to watch their language. I told the manager and he seemed to care less. And with children in the lobby.

This is the worst location McDonalds I’ve ever been to, the big black manager that was wearing a red button up was very disrespectful I was waiting in the lobby for a friend that was running late and we were catching up for lunch and I didn’t want to sit in my car, the manager came up to me and stated if I don’t buy anything right now I have to leave which was in a very rude manner, I politely let him know I was waiting on a friend which he looked as If he didn’t believe me and proceeded to say “10mins and you’re out” very disrespectfully again which I replied it’s not that deep I will leave now and I left. No other people in the store were treated as such there were also non customers using the restrooms and also sitting down, I attempted to call the McDonald’s 4 times which once the manager was on the line they hung up before I can speak all I wanted was the name of the man so I can file a complaint. Word of advice to the manager you could’ve just politely asked me but the very rude tone was right off the bat which is disappointing as a black man do better smh.
