The snow cones are so refreshing after a heavy dinner! They do a great job of mixing sweet plus either sour or spicy flavors that work together surprisingly well. The entire snowcone is smooth and easy to spoon through, and the flavor doesnt wash out of the ice. The gummy bear and sour patch sno’s were yummy!

I can’t believe what just happened, me and my assistant went in to place a multiple school order for my daycare establishment’s, for our schools ten year Milestone and the students spring break festival at our locations, it was our first time ever at this establishment so we were unaware of their ordering policy as we seen two gentlemen with their dog inside sitting and one at the end corner waiting so we stood in the middle waiting our turn to be attended and inquire about how to go about placing such a big order when Whitney the young lady attending the store on today’s occurrence dated 03/02/2026 at 12:45 pm was so absurdly RUDE it was unbelievable! Another consumer entered the establishment after us and Miss Whitney still not even acknowledging us but her and her two children, all while attending to the first customers with the dog, then the next that was waiting for his sno-cone she then passed the customers their orders and bypassed us to attend the woman and children who walked in 5 mins after us. She asks them if they’re ready to order when they say not yet and point over to us where she then proceeds to walk by us STILL not acknowledging us! At this point I’m dumbfounded that she purposefully made it seem like we were bothering her or not good enough to be acknowledged, I was so speechless at this point than my assistant pointed out “ma’am we’ve been waiting here to place a order” she then gave both of us a disgusting look and I then proceeded to say never mind let’s go! And choose not to continue forward with the placing of my orders, I turned around and asked her what her managers information was and she bluntly responded “” why what’s up” so uneducated and unmanneredly rude! Where then I said so i can attempt to make them aware of your unprofessional customer service conduct as we were waiting to place our order and you didn’t even acknowledge us but the persons who followed entry by us she then said well we don’t order from there! And I made her aware that it was our first time in this establishment and we’re unaware of the order policy seeing that we had asked her is this the son-come location when we firstly walked in ?, she then said her managers name is Brittany and I asked her name and she threw her hands up like she was preparing for a UFC match and proceeded to say her name was Whitney, ( I’m unaware if that is accurately her name) but the date and time occurred should let you know the blonde younger girl employee working at the time and her conduct towards potential consumers, Miss Whitney please take this advice whether it’s corporate America or Bahama Bucks you must keep it professional and remember the consumers didn’t ask you to fill out the application you did that on your own. Thanks to your ill mannered behavior Bahama Bucks lost out on a 250 person party order and any future plan to order as well.

Bahama Bucks is a shaved ice chain located in Brandon, FL. The theme is tropical, and contains references to many beaches. It’s also appealing to the eye and colorful. The service is friendly, but they are very slow.
The shaved ice itself was soft and flavorful. The spoon changed colors. There is also a variety of flavors, and you can get more; including milkshakes. Overall, I generally recommend Bahama Buck’s.

Went and had a beverage for my first time with a friend and it was a great experience. Definitely will be going back. Very friendly and clean lobby with outside tables.

The girl working was very friendly and informative and very patient with my many questions lol. The place has a fun, beachy atmosphere although you can’t dine in yet. They do have a couple tables outside. Prices are more reasonable than I had assumed they would be, starting at $3.59 for what they call baby sized, the small is only .40 cents more at $3.99 and abt 8oz. I recommend getting the jolly rancher or party sprinkles, it makes it much more visually appealing and they are very tasty. They have ice cream and fruit so you can get blends and stuff also. They have sugar free and natural fruit flavor options if that’s your thing. 9/10 p.s the first pic is one I got to go, that is why it is flat (not piled high above the top of the cup like the other) and slightly melted. I just wanted to show off the party sprinkles that are on top cuz I think it makes it pretty af. The yellow one in the bottom pic has the jolly rancher sprinkles

Love the flavors. They have a flavor for everyone. My little one loves the princess kind has rainbow color sprinkles and my oldest one loves warheads combined with fruit punch on baby size is plenty quantity for them. They have a punch card get it is worth it. I got my first free one already. Going for my second one for sure! Is not expensive that is a plus.

I tried the Cotton Candy ice with vanilla ice cream and the princess sprinkles. Very good! I felt the portions are large and couldn’t finish my small size. The ladies working were helpful and very nice! Good atmosphere!

I loved Bahama Bucks but I will never go back. Before the app, Bahama Bucks used a punch card. You buy 10 items and get 1 free. I continuously went to Bahama Bucks and completed my punch card. Yesterday, I went in to redeem my reward and was told that I couldn’t because rewards are now tracked on their app. I was told they couldn’t redeem my reward because they didn’t have an option in the system for the coupon code and they couldn’t just give me one. You may be thinking, “just buy one”. I definitely could. The $5 they charge for frozen water and syrup wasn’t the issue. The issue was the lack of loyalty. In front of you, stands a loyal patron who is trying to redeem the reward that you promised and you tell him “no” because you “don’t do that anymore”. To you, my loyalty wasn’t worth the $5 reward that you promised me. Thank you for the good times Bahama Bucks, but in the future, I’ll give my loyalty to Rita’s Italian Ice, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, or even Jimmy Hula’s for their shaved ice.
