Stopped in to check it out and wasn’t disappointed. Good food, and friendly service. Our food was brought out FAST, and it was all hot from the kitchen. A little more Chinese influenced, but great none the less.

I had had bad experiences with Sushi in the past and was not a fan but when my husband took me to The Fuji House I had a great experience. Amy (the owner) started me off with beginner type dishes, I have now branched out to other things. The service can be slow at times but that is only because Amy and her husband make all the food fresh to order themselves. They have both Coke and Pepsi products to drink but if I remember correctly only the Pepsi products are fountain drinks. Coke products you have to buy by the can. The food is well worth the wait and I don’t really drink pop. I LOVE this place and it’s employees.

This is the best sushi I have ever had the pleasure of eating. I have been to all parts of the U.S. and have yet to find better sushi. Amy is a goddess with sushi. She makes her own rolls with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is amazing she is always super friendly and makes sure you are sastified. And the deals she has for sushi!? Cannot find anywhere better.

I own Utah Trikes across the street and me and the guys go to Fuji House weekly if not more. I also take my family for dinner at least once a month. The sushi is absolutely fantastic. The Ninja and Spicy Tuna rolls are so fresh and so much flavor. I could seriously eat it every day.

Amy was an amazing hostess. She helped us out with everything from appetizers to dessert. The food is amazing and the “spend $30 get a free funky roll” deal she has is amazing. We only got an appetizer, two rolls and drinks and we got the free roll. I highly recommend the Fuji House to anybody.

Just got done eating here, and was very impressed. They were extremely fast. We got a cowboy, Vegas, funky sushi roll. This was my second visit and they have done a fantastic job on both occasions. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel this place deserved another good review. Highly recommend this restraint.

I’m pretty sure they use top roman for their noodles, It tasted just like them. I wasn’t to happy to pay 8 dollars for my plate after that point. I hope I’m wrong about the noodles, but I’m sure that they were. Food was a little cold by the time we got it. It did have good flavor overall. I felt ripped on my chicken there so should have been more.
Felt like a dirty environment not saying it was just a little ragtag. blankets hanging over openings type of thing.
Service could use a little work I was brought out a can of warm soda to refill my own drink.

Walked in about half an hour before closing and the owner/operator happily invited us in. We were the only ones in the restaurant since it was just before closing, but even so she gave my friends and me the most excellent and personal service I’ve ever had in any place I’ve eaten before.
The restaurant had a wonderful ambience, and was very clean. Food was excellent and brought my friend back to Japan. Excellent and amazing, I will definitely be back with more friends in tow.
