I recently visited the Chipotle in Fairfax and had an average experience. The food was cooked, but it wasn’t as hot as I expected, which was disappointing. The service was okay—staff were polite and got the order right, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, it was a decent visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially with keeping the food hot and fresh.

FRAUDULENT !!! This particular location cheats customers on another level. The large guacamole I bought had a lid in the bottom center taking up space in what was supposed to be a full cup. Don’t ask for extra chicken because they will give you a half spoon and quickly take the burrito to the other side of the counter. I bought a large drink too and the specialty juices were out. When I asked the employee standing next to me if it could be refilled she said ” sorry I just clocked out”. Moral of the story, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. There are two other locations nearby.

Chipotle wanted me to contact them so they could fix the issue, which I did. However, they now want me to go back and buy one item to get another free. What a joke of customer service they have! To fix their employees’ fault, they want me to spend more money there! That’s not happening.
What would other customers do? Let it go or call their corporate office?
What a terrible experience we had during lunchtime today at this Fairfax Chipotle location. The meat portions were really small, as if they were doing us a favor by giving us any at all. We ordered a small fountain soda but were told they were out of small cups and were given a large cup instead, for which we were charged. When I asked the cashier why we were being charged for a large soda when they were out of small cups, she was joined by another employee, possibly a supervisor. They both stated that they only had large cups in stock, so if we wanted soda, we had to pay for the large size. There were no smiles, no apologies—just rude and unprofessional behavior. I paid for the large soda (receipt attached) and told them I would inform the corporate office about the situation. They seemed indifferent and simply moved on to the next customer. The store was also very unclean, and I’m extremely disappointed. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would.

Came at 10:40pm before 11pm closing. I understand everyone is tired and wants to go home but I just wanted to sit for 5 minutes to eat my food and I’d clean my table and leave. The worker told me it’s closed and I can’t sit and to leave. It was raining and cold out. Left me a nasty taste in my mouth as I went home that night.

Had to keep asking for new chips because the two bags they gave me were stale. “Do you just want a refund orr..?” No, I want chips that aren’t stale to go with my guac. Quick look around the cafe and there was not a SINGLE clean table. Every single table was sticky or had previous trash on them. Trash piled up in every bin. Another customer asked for a rag to wipe the table for him and his daughters to sit and the cashier just pointed at the napkin dispenser. It was around 5pm so I’m sure there was a previous rush but the three guys at the line were just standing around doing absolutely nothing.

This is an alright Chipotle but I have concerns. This is no fault of the people working there when I went but does Chipotle not train their employees how to make the burritos? Like this isn’t the only location this has happened at but when I went they accidentally overstuffed my burrito to the point where they couldn’t close it and apologetically gave me a knife and fork with it. Like i get a lot of people probably order bowls so they were likely out of practice in regard to ingredient distribution. Again I do not blame the person that made my burrito because they were very polite about it and owned up to it, as opposed to other times this happened at other locations that didn’t seem to care, but management and corporate need to step up their game in terms of employee training.
Also 2 other things. The sink in the men’s room is way too powerful and when did Chipotle get so expensive? Other than that it’s a perfectly serviceable Chipotle.

I entered Chipotle around 2:08. There were only 2 customers in the restaurant. The lady on the register was having difficulty using someone’s apple pay. She was also the server. There was a male in the kitchen area stirring up the food, chopping the meat, and I saw him sampling the food too. I’m pretty sure that’s a health code violation. They should be notified. During my wait at least 5 other people came into the restaurant, there was no urgency to assist anyone.

Poor customer service, dirty, no baskets or trays, Guac was browning, behind on orders. Missing dining condiments, like salt and pepper. Had food all over the floor and tables. Sat there over an hour and no one came out to clean the dining area. It wasn’t busy. Now I wonder how clean the kitchen and employees are. Disappointing. I’ve seen better. Shame when you want to get up clean in a restaurant and don’t even work there.

Yummy Yummy in my tummy! If you want exactly what you order online you must order from this chipotle. I order extra just about everything and this Chipotle listen. Most chipotle don’t but this one I have to give it up to them thank you and keep up the great service fast clean exact order perfect.
