I actually have no complaints about their food or coffee. They were good. What I do have a complaint about is the large girl with the short pink hair. She was the nastiest individual. Yes people are going to get frustrated because their drink is prepared 10 minutes before their food because you forgot to cook their food. I’m not sure if she was just Having a bad day, but she was rude as could be to me in about three other customers I will never come back to the Starbucks I also tried to call and speak with the manager, but she was rude as could be too, so apparently Starbucks doesn’t care about customers

I have been going to Starbucks on Antioch since it opened. In this time, I have never had a complaint about the taste of my my food or coffee.. I feel at home when I’m there and it is rare for me to feel that way about any place besides the library and my home.

A starbucks like most others – however, this location is S.O. loud. If you’re looking for a good place to study – this certainly isn’t it.

Even with Bose ear buds in and instrumental music turned all the way up, I could still hear the staff. Staff, not other customers.

I gave this location 3 chances, 3 weeks in a row on Tuesdays and ended up leaving after 1-2 hours each time. I won’t return.

I ordered a medicine ball tea I’ve never had it so I asked the barista and she said it’s helped her and recommended next time to get real honey and said she would just remake it with real honey and then brought it to the car and told me she made it a little different to help a little more was super sweet and went above and beyond! Deltas customer service was top tier!

Had issue with a drink from Liberty location and stopped at this location to see if they could fix me a new one that was right.
Mickey was very understanding and took care of the drink issue and now I can enjoy my 3 hour trip that’s ahead of me. 🙂

I have found this location to generally be hit or miss with both service and quality. The building itself is very nice, and the vibe is, as you would expect, pretty chill. Typical coffee house atmosphere. The demeanor of the staff ranges from friendly to apathetic, at least from a customer perspective. I’ve had many good drinks here, and probably just as many that were less than exemplary. It’s kind of like roulette; you win about 50% of the time.

Amy the drive three girl who took my order got really rude with me when I asked her about the pumps to make the drink a little more sweet. I had a few questions for her to help me with the drink and she got snappy with me over the intercom. I did let the manager know. They said they would talk to her. I think that you guys need a train your employees better usually I’ve never had an experience at that location with someone rude like Amy if you ask me, the manager could’ve handled it a little bit better And probably did something to accommodate

I mean, it is a giant chain establishment. With that said, however, I’ve never had an issue here. I once had a very mild issue and they made up for it. 200%. I believe the staff here are extra friendly thorough and work hard. Honestly, what else do you need from a Starbucks?! Also somehow the grilled cheese sandwich is one of the best things I’ve ever had in my life.
