The tent tables with the locator number says “set this on your table and we will bring your food to you”. But this wasn’t the case. You have to pick it up in the counter and they didn’t even bother bringing it to your table. Either get rid of the tent numbers or have employees that are not lazy. This was also a Sunday evening, the place wasn’t packed. There were only three of us and the other two already have their food.

It’s truly a shame at the potential this location has but ultimately the most disappointing Mcdonalds in all of Tucson and maybe even southern AZ. I’ve gone here numerous times and every time a slight inconvenience happens. I’m talking coming here over 20+ times in my life time being a Tucson native and being treated with the most trash service in town. I usually don’t expect much from McDonald’s. Kids out of high school working or whatever, but this one never gets it right. I’m sure all the Tucson locations are Owned by the same person and not one is close to this bad. This one warranted a 1 star review from someone who doesn’t even like negative reviews.

For todays experience, my order was placed through the mobile app and upon arrival I wait 20 minutes for “just the strips”. I placed the order at 6:17 and didn’t receive it until 6:40. I got there at 6:25ish. 20 minutes for fast food is restaurant level time. No sorry was given, the fries were half empty and all cold and I was shorted two drinks without me noticing until I got home. Absolute trash location and I won’t be going there again. All while 10+ staff was getting paid to lollygag. Have fun keeping that staff and paying them for their hard work

Customer service is a struggle at this location. I completely understand that this location in particular can get busy, but it’s almost like nobody wants anything to do with talking with customers.

For example, there have been several times where I’ve been here and noticed a line of people inside by the counter because an employee hasn’t acknowledged them or even taken the time to just say hi. I know it’s a rather small thing to write about, but it builds up over time and when that engagement from employees isn’t there the whole waiting process takes so much longer than it normally should.

Visiting from Baltimore and this location out of my time traveling has definitely gotten to comfortable and needs retraining ASAP. I order a double burger (hold the cheese and pickles) and mcChicken with a large fry and ask for them well done, light salt and made fresh. I receive my order but the chciken was sitting (lukewarm) and the burger only has ketchup (no onions and no mustard) the fries were loaded with salt and weren’t full to the brim like I asked so, I let them know about the meal and I this young lady responds that well you only asked for the fries made fresh not the whole order. Nobody has a problem or says anything about our sandwiches of its not made fresh, well im not from Tucson and where I’m from we like our food fresh Idk what is going on here in Tucson but everyone is not from here so this staff needs to be trained on how to interact with people form out of state. Some of the staff is lacking common sense. Making the order fresh (which you should anyway) is implied and obvious. You dont give nobody food thats been sitting you make sure everything is hot and fresh just like you would want your meal prepared. I was told it would be a 3 to 4 minutes wait as I asked for fresh fries once the sandwiches were done since the fries would be cold by then and I get met with attitude. I receive my order and the new fries I was given n were ice cold lol my gracious what is going on with these fast food spots out here and the horrible service.

I have a special needs son that loves his routine Monday thru Friday for school so I always get the same thing and every dam time they mess up my order how hard is it to do your damn job and listen to the people when they tell you something for the drive-through and I always repeat myself to make sure they hear me yet. ​I did not have the best experience today at this location—in fact, it was an absolute travesty, thanks entirely to the staff’s incompetence.
​To begin, I had to endure an excruciating wait of over 20 minutes for a simple order of TWO drinks. After this absurd delay, they finally surfaced from the back to tell me they had run out of the Pumpkin Iced Coffee. Already deeply disappointed, I agreed to change the order, only to have them hand me a medium when I had clearly paid for and ordered a large.
​And why does size matter? Because the Monopoly promotion was the SOLE REASON I ordered a large! My entire purchase intent was undermined by this careless mistake.
​I communicated this failure directly to the manager, Marina. Not only did she possess a frankly astonishing level of attitude, but she flat-out refused to comply with the simple, reasonable request to correct her store’s mistake. My request was not for a handout; it was for the item I purchased. Marina’s refusal was a brazen display of terrible customer service and management failure.
​This was not a simple mistake; it was an organizational and customer service catastrophe. The only consequence I experienced was a wasted half hour and profound frustration. Avoid this location until their staff learns what a timer and a customer-focused attitude are.

Manager was very helpful and offered a free McCafé beverage due to their frappé machine being down this morning.

Appreciating how large — and tidy — the parking lot is; the drive-through was quite busy when I arrived, but I must note that there didn’t seem to be any vehicles that may have been asked to pull forward to wait for their orders to be brought to them (which is common for almost any McDonald’s location), so I’d say the time the service here seems fairly quick.

Hot food, and very helpful staff! Very impressed with this location.

One thing I can say is they really need to work on the staff there,
Some of them look really angry some of them look like they don’t want to be there and they have very poor attitude,
I work at fast food myself and I would not approach my customers the way they do,

However they do make up for it because they have the best chicken nuggets ever McDonald’s and out of all McDonald’s have been to their chicken nuggets always come out crispy good the crunch it’s amazing,

But they need to work on their stuff I don’t know who’s manager there I don’t know if the system manager there I don’t know who the store manager is but every cashier every manager there they need to work on it,

I feel like if a customer complains about something as a manager to a manager I feel like you should talk to your worker instead of saying you will talk and don’t even say anything to that person,

Please work on your stuff other than that keep up with the good work of cooking you guys do an amazing job of cooking your nuggets the best out of all McDonald’s I’ve been to

So this McDonald’s was a little different you had to order on your cellphone or there at their marque, no employee at the cashier to take your order then they yell out your number and you pick up.
