Saint Bibiana was the absolute highlight of our trip to Savannah! The atmosphere is stunning, but the food and service are what truly set it apart.

A special touch was the house-made passed focaccia—it was incredibly fresh and delicious. For appetizers, the Arancini alla Siciliana were perfectly crisp and flavorful. We also enjoyed a fantastic pasta special and the Bistecca Fiorentina, both executed to perfection, along with a side of asparagus that was a total standout.

Our server, Jade, was fantastic—incredibly personable and professional. He paced the meal perfectly and made the evening feel special. If you are in Savannah, this is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves high-end Italian cuisine!

Had an incredible dinner at Saint Bibiana in Savannah. The space is beautiful — warm, intimate, and thoughtfully designed. It feels elevated but still relaxed, which makes it perfect for a great night out.

We started with the half-dozen oysters — incredibly fresh and clean. The hamachi crudo was bright and delicate with perfectly balanced flavors. The blue crab was sweet and beautifully prepared, letting the quality of the seafood really shine.

The Winter Crunch salad was fresh and vibrant with great texture, and the pappardelle with osso buco was outstanding — rich, tender, and deeply flavorful. Comforting but refined.

Service was attentive and knowledgeable, and the pacing of the meal was spot on. You can tell there’s real intention behind every detail.

Such a fantastic addition to Savannah’s dining scene. We’ll absolutely be back.

My partner and I went to Saint Bibiana for our 6th anniversary on something of a whim. We chanced walking in right when they opened and they found a spot for us which was amazing. If you plan on walking in I suggest getting there as early as possible. The interior is very nicely set up and decorated.
Our server Allyson was excellent and created a personal experience for my partner and I. Allyson quickly explained the current menu and her recommendations. Everything we had was excellent. I can say with some certainty that the Tiramisu here is the best I’ve ever had. The coffee at the end of the meal was nicely finished with latte art as well. We will definitely be coming back to Saint Bibiana.

Saint Bibiana is a coastal Italian-themed experience that’s worth a visit for anyone who appreciates a quality meal. I feel it pairs perfectly with a stay at Hotel Bardo next door. We had dinner there twice during our recent five-night trip, which resulted in us sampling much of the menu.

On night one we had the oysters, hamachi crudo, mushrooms, crab salad, pomodoro pasta, crispy potatoes, and steak with porcini butter. On night two we had the puttanesca pasta, bucatini pasta, oxtail ravioli, winter salad, olive-brined chicken, and grilled redfish. Some standout dishes were the puttanesca pasta, steak, and grilled redfish. I have a dairy allergy, and both servers were attentive and ensured I was able to sample many different dishes. The meals were also paced out very nicely by the servers and kitchen team, ensuring we always had something delicious in front of us.

The decor was in keeping with the Italian theme, and it felt like a much-needed refresh to the restaurant that had been in that building prior. We will certainly come back next time we’re in Savannah, regardless of what hotel we’re staying at.

Best food we had in Savannah. We spent 5 days in Savannah and tried all the best restaurants. This one was our favorite. Delicious, fresh, nutritious, perfectly cooked. Very nice setting and ambience, excellent staff and very clean and cozy. So good we went back twice. The Tiramisu was excellent. Couldn’t recommend more.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Saint Bibiana. We had Stephanie as our server and she is personable as well as knowledgeable. We started with the pate and blue crab dish. The pate was incredibly smooth and flavorful and accompanied by home made bread. The blue crab dish was lump blue crab with fresh snap peas and micro green salad.. some details I respect was the blue crab had a small amount of seasoning on it and the limoncello vinaigrette tied everything together with its vibrant flavor.. we had to try a pasta and did so with the ossu bucco pappardelle . You could quickly tell that the pasta was home made and the ossu bucco was braised to perfection. The star of the night was the Florentine steak with porcini butter and olive salt.. cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth. The olive salt was a fabulous touch. Dining in Savannah can be hit and miss and this restaurant is definitely a hit.. the interior details and music choices also should be applauded. It’s a great way to spend an evening and I would highly recommend you do so.

This place is beautiful. The staff is the best and very elegant and professional. They explain their dishes as if they have personally assisted in the cooking and understand the flavors well. Their wine suggestions were spot on and the ambiance is profound. If celebrating anything this place will please all guests. Dress well when eating here or else you will feel severely underdressed. It’s that type of vibe. The food is delicious and specially curated. The menu displays several courses so we chose to eat family style as it was a lot of food. We spent appox. $400 for 3 people and felt, given the celebration, it was well worth it.

10/10 this restaurant is by far the best I’ve tried in Savannah, and as far as Italian goes, this competes heavily with NYC Italian. The cocktails are absolutely perfect, the pasta is fresh and delicious, the entrees were cooked just right, and the olive oil cake is hands down to die for. The atmosphere is a balance between old world Savannah and modern flare. Even the soaps in the bathroom were perfectly curated, with zero doubt the best restaurant in Savannah.

Fabulous experience here! Kristin was so sweet. The arancini’s were perfectly fried and the pork inside added a hearty flavor.

We couldn’t choose a favorite on the pastas. Both were perfectly cooked and had a hint of spiciness that took them to the next level. I wish the branzino had slightly more sauce because it was so good!! But the fish was cooked perfectly and the tried tomato’s added a little extra flavor.

Service was amazing and dishes were perfectly timed. Super vibey!! Would absolutely return!

Exceptional from the moment we made our reservation in the morning until we walked out after dinner. Christian, our waiter, was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us perfectly through each course—from appetizers all the way to dessert.

They truly live up to their mission statement: “Expect great food and even better company.” The service, atmosphere, and flavors all delivered exactly that.

I highly recommend this place for dinner. And yes—if they have it, definitely get the Delizia al Limone dessert! It was the perfect finish to an amazing evening.
