This place has AMAZING sushi! Sintha was very attentive, always keeping our table clean and ensuring we had everything we needed. She even let me order a custom sushi roll! Mr. Hash made it to perfection! It was so delicious! I found my new favorite sushi place. I definitely will return!

My server was amazing. Very entertaining and welcoming! The food is always amazing. Very tasteful and mesmerizing. Ambiance is great! The restaurant is beautiful! Great place to enjoy a roll of sushi with friends !

Went to Akaya for Valentine’s Day lunch. We have been going to Akaya almost since it opened. We use to love the place. “Use to…” being the operative phrase. Have to admit that my wife and I were seated immediately. We ordered our drinks and found out that for some reason on Valentine’s Day, Akaya doesn’t serve lunch, only the more highly priced dinners. We promptly received our drinks……and then we were just as promptly forgotten about. I had to locate the waitress to get our soups and salads served. After some time we received our meals. The medium rare beef teriyaki that I ordered was cremated. My wife’s order was not what she ordered, but she was okay with that. She is more forgiving than I. After being served our waitress again disappeared, not to be seen again until my wife went to remind her that in order for us to pay for our meals we would need a check. Prices are trending up and service is doing the opposite. We use to love this place, but today’s visit is most likely our last.
