VERY CLEAN! This is a new location so I would expect so but the cleanliness is in the details and I was very pleased with the high level of cleanliness. Everyone working was staying busy and were clean and presentable as well which is probably why the service was so good! More than one person welcomed med me as I stepped in the door!
Restrooms were clean and well stocked.
Sub was just as I ordered and they didn’t forget my side of pickles!

Great spot for food. About $10 a person. Great service. Large amount of food with good amount of toppings on sandwich. Caters very well to Gluten free people(wash station for people with gluten free allergies). Amazing place to eat!

Since opening staff has left, the service and cleanliness have gone down hill. I watched a girl get mayo on her gloves and she proceeded to rub her hands together smearing it all over her gloves as she’s about to dress my sandwich. Change your gloves! Overall the staff has issues with their gloves and getting mayonnaise on their fingertips and spreading it all over the bread. I was eating here almost every day but now I don’t frequent the place.
Super excited to finally have a semi-healthy option in Campbell County. This will be a nice change on the fast food corridor. No one wants that crap. The gentleman behind the meat slicer was totally on his game with customer service 1/24. Kudos.

Besides the fact that they have THE best subs in town, their staff is amazing as well. Felicia handled a problem that I had with a delivery order (a Door Dash issue, not Jersey Mike’s) and definitely certified them as my favorite sandwich shop in town. Two thumbs WAY UP.

My wife and I stopped in on our way back to Clinton Tennessee, The place was clean like crazy clean, employees were all very friendly and professional. It may have been the best sandwich I’ve ever had for my Jersey Mike’s. Of course Philly is the only way to go…LoL. I just got to say wow I was blown away with the customer service and how good the food was.

The workers are a hit or miss. The last few times I’ve gone in here to order I’ve witnessed managers on their phones, sitting at tables watching it happen or outside not helping workers or workers on their phones not helping each other. I ordered a sub today and when I went to pick it up, they were slammed. There were 2 people who were dealing with the subs while 2 people sat in the back or avoided some subs in general. Jersey mikes do better! Managers and workers need to help each other out!

My brother gave me a gift card to this place. With the gift card, I made three (3) different trips to this place. Three strikes your out, Jersey Mike’s. The food was just okay, and it was definitely not worth the cost. Every employee i interacted with needs extensive customer service training (they do not smile, they are not polite, and they treat customers like they are an inconvenience). It was clean. However, all-in-all, I was not impressed with this place and won’t be back.
