BEWARE!!! Ask those around you about this place before going! We’re finding the more we talk about our experience the more we’re hearing of similar experiences at this place. Not sure how they’re still in business.
Ended up in the ER with my friend who was
roofied here. Not sure if it was the drink we got from the bartender or if it was the water from the pitcher sitting on the bar that we were told to use (bartender couldn’t be bothered with getting us a glass of water from the tap). The bartender was very rude and unwelcoming…. The fact that the drink that messed my friend up, came directly from the bartender and straight to my friend’s mouth is interesting… things that make you go “hmmm”.

Ordered to go and I will never eat here again. I found a hair in my almond chicken. The rice was crunchy and inedible. Everything was hard as a rock and disgusting. Paid $19 for the you pick combo. Never again

I come here often only because it’s right next to a popular bar, but other than that it’s a terrible place to go on your own free will. Drinks are nasty, bartenders are rude. I came on a slow day and still received the worst attitude per usual. I would rate a 0 if I could.

I would have given “0” stars if it would let me. I just tried calling 4 times in a row to make sure my order was correct after placing an order online with Uber Eats. It was so loud that I couldn’t even talk to you to her, so she hung up on me every time. I understand it’s not her fault it’s so loud and very busy, is there no other way to take a phone order?? I had to literally scream into the phone, and she still couldn’t hear me. I hope my order is correct, how am I supposed to get through to them? I hope manager or employee sees this soon.
So I just got my food, I ordered the Combination Three, broccoli beef, sweet n sour chicken and deep fried prawns. Upon opening it most of what I see is chicken and deep fried prawns. I had to dig around for 3 very small pieces of beef (I took pics right away). I called and was able to get through. I first off explained how I called 4 times earlier when I placed my order to make sure my order was correct, but the lady couldn’t hear me from all the noise, then I proceed to tell him how I am very disappointed of there only being 3 little pieces of beef, he interrupts me, and proceeds to explain that it doesn’t matter that I only got 3 little pieces of beef because I got other meat with it (chicken, shrimp) and that made up for the lack of beef apparently. I’m mostly upset about his mannerism, he was very rude, and would not let me get a word in after he took over the conversation and told me he was not going to do anything about it. I will never eat there ever again just for that reason alone.

We went into the T Room to get some drinks and celebrate my fiance’s birthday. We were ignored for 15 minutes. I said “hi” to both of the bartenders twice, and got no response. When I said it again, I said “how are you?” and the bartender just looked at me like what do you want. So I told her, she poured it and asked if we wanted to start a tab. We did, then she went back to ignoring us. After about 45 minutes we were trying to leave to go somewhere else, and I had to go find her just to pay. And after I found her and politely asked if we could pay, she still took another 6 minutes to come to the register. We were the only ones in there. And as she was cashing us out, she was complaining about other customers and her personal life and that’s very unprofessional. I understand that we deal with things, but that’s not what I want to see in a bartender, and I know because I am one. We were very disappointed.

Hole in the wall Chinese hidden gem. It’s an everyday any day type of place. They have the lounge area with pool and darts for everyone to enjoy and a bar and smoking area in the back for the 21+. Food is always amazing and the alcohol is always reasonably priced. Ive been coming here for years and never have been disappointed once. Don’t let the sketchy motel around it fool you, this place is the bees knees and the staff is always friendly and in a great mood. They always have me coming back.

Bartender was RUDE AF and apparently needed to put her ego before customers. Was a first time visitor and extremely disappointed in the experience. Only two stars because karaoke dj was pretty legit. Bartender was NOT attentive to customers and left people waiting for an eternity to get drinks. Doubt I’ll ever be back.

Um, I’ve never met a more stuck-up (yet still busted) bartender. I watched her flagrantly disrespect several other customers. It’s too bad, because it’s got a good vibe and could be awesome – if it could only get some good employees.
