This afternoon I got a kid’s meal for my 3 year old, and something told me to check the burger before I gave it to him.. thank God I did! It was completely raw inside and could have made him sick I know that the restaurant industry is struggling right now, so I try to be gracious about service, but this is not merely an inconvenience. It’s dangerous! Whoever is preparing the food here does not know proper food safety and handling. We will not be back to this Wendy’s again.

Normally I get great service at this Wendy’s but tonight was not the night. I ordered my 3yr old 6ct nugget and a medium fry with a free 4ct nugget. I placed a mobile order and went through drive-thru since the dining room was closing soon. When I pulled up to drive-thru the guy politely suggested I could come inside to receive my order faster so naturally of course that’s what I do. I walk inside and no one was at the front like I expected since the dinning room was closing soon. Didn’t wait long for service or my sons food but once I got my food the girl walks off to the back not saying anything. I check my food like always and I see that half my 6ct nuggets and fries are at the bottom of the bag like she just threw the food in there and I was missing sauce. So I tried to get one of the other employees attention but nothing. I had to aggressively say “EXCUSE ME!” 3 times before I could get either one of the other employees attention to just get the sauce my son wanted. So a transaction that should’ve have only taken 3-5mins tops since it was a mobile order, took 10mins unnecessarily. Hopefully it was just a fluke since this was the first bad experience I’ve had at this location but according to all the over reviews it might not be.

Ran through for a quick breakfast. I wanted to try the breakfast burrito since they are always my go to when running through a drive thru. This burrito was definitely on the larger size. I like the fried egg and crispy bacon. Their breakfast potatoes are also stuffed in there with melted cheese. I would highly recommend asking for a side of their hot sauce. It’s Cholula hot sauce which pairs great. All and all would get it again. This location is always quick and friendly.

I don’t know about anyone else but in my house we do not eat medium rare meat. The one burger I gave to my 4 yr old was too pink inside for my comfort I didn’t see the meat until she was halfway done with it… I expect for my burgers to be fully cooked unless I ask other wise.. I also ordered a meal with my salad but didn’t get my fries. I went to look for my receipt and realized I didn’t get one.. but I’m mainly upset about my daughter’s burger…

Probably the lowest quality Wendy’s I had in the area. Every sandwich is just drenched in grease and becomes just a huge mess when eating. The crew is very slow, only being able to retain one sentence per conversation. Having to constantly repeat what I want.

So I walked in to order, got a chicken sandwich, oatmeal bar, and a side of seasonal fruit. The chicken sandwich was fine, the oatmeal bars, one of my favorites, but cannot tell you how disappointed I was with the fruit the container it came in, was literally the size of the palm of my hand And there was maybe a quarter of an apple cut up in that container. For $1.99 I was expecting at least two varieties of fruit in there and a container that was larger than their kiddy frosty cup. Will never order the fruit again!.

I bought the JBC Bag for $8 and it appears that the burgers were made the day before. The meat is drying out, the middle of the burger still has moisture but it’s congealed as if it’s been in a cooler for hours.
