I ate at Unici Trattoria with my boyfriend over the weekend, and it was fantastic! We ordered the salumi and formaggi misti (charcuterie board) and arancini’s (riscotto balls) for our appetizers. For our main course, we ordered the pizza al formaggio di capra (goat cheese pizza) and the costolette corte ragu papardelle (short rib pasta). The service was excellent, and the food was hands down the best Italian food I’ve ever had in the states. I can’t wait to go back!

My friends and I ate here just last week, looking to find a true/authentic Italian meal, which is hard to come by here in Texas. The service was excellent, atmosphere was very relaxing (which was much needed after a long finals week), and the food was the best Italian I’ve had here in Dallas. Decided to go here for lunch on a Friday and could not have picked a better place to eat. We started off with a couple of appetizers and the calamari was great. With the main courses the chicken rigatoni was fantastic and the carne miste for the pizza was very tasty as well. Overall great experience, Chris was a great host and the staff were very welcoming, looking forward to coming back!

I don’t even know where to begin. Just know that the food was so good my boyfriend and I finished an appetizer, two pizzas, and a tiramisu to the suprise of an older couple next to us. No crumbs left it was so good. Now we enjoy getting nice pizzas, and the four cheese pizza is hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten. Also the staff was so kind 10/10 recommend

Delicious. Fast service, great recommendations. The wine selection is good and I got their Rodney Strong cab sav. To start we got the Carciofi Alla Romana and I rate it a 10/10. Loved the batter on the artichoke. Then me and my boyfriend shared the Prosciutto E Funghi Tartufo pizza. 10/10 Amazing, the flavors were all strong but delicious. And for pasta we got the Chicken Rigatoni. Was very good but we didn’t know how to feel about the chicken. Then to finish we got the cannoli’s mignon and they were really good cannolis.

What a hidden gem of a restaurant. The staff is amazing, Christopher the manager is hilarious and also so attentive. They were down two wait staff tonight and I felt better taken care of than at any other fully staffed restaurant I’ve been to. Walk in and you’re like family.
Calling ahead was great, they got us a special table off to the side so we could have some privacy.
The food is amazing. I wasn’t even that hungery but kept wanting another bite. It came out quick and warm and felt like it was made by an Italian grandma. Definitely will be coming back here.

Really excellent service and good vibes. Very attentive staff. Fresh ingredients. The calamari was excellent and the sauces on pasta dishes were really great. Looking forward to trying the pizzas next visit as they looked incredible. Friendly, calm environment all around. Well done.

Tried this new Italian spot for the first time today. The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. We tired a few different items on the menu to get a feel for the place. We had the Margherita Al Prosciutto and the Pizza Carne Miste, both were fantastic! Full of flavor and fresh ingredients. The dough was nice and light and the crust didn’t have any flop! I love a good undercarriage lol, but for real the pizza was excellent and I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other creations on the menu. As for the other items we tried the Branzino and the Cacio E Pepe Pasta, and again both dishes were great. I highly recommend this little spot in Plano if your looking for some good fresh Italian food and great Pizza
