The Wendy’s in Oldsmar was recently remodeled and it looks great—clean, modern, and easy to get in and out. I love that you can order and pay right at the kiosk with either credit or cash, which makes the whole process quick and convenient. The food always comes out fresh and fast, and they run some really good specials on their hamburger meals that make it an even better value. A solid spot for a quick bite in Oldsmar!

No service. I went to the counter because I appreciate having a real person take my order. Stood there, a person came up and declined to take my order and directed me to the kiosks. Tables and floors are dirty. I asked the person that brought my order to the counter if they still have a person that cleans, she replied “yes”, however the entire time I say and ate no person cleaned any of the dirty tables or floors. Very disappointed with this location. Good bye to the people, Usher in the machines. I added pics.

I went through the drive-through and the AI had my order correct — I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, lettuce, and pickle. I got all the way home only to find it had mayo and tomato on it instead. Attention to detail clearly isn’t a priority here. I won’t be back.

It is a running concept within my friend group to discuss benevolent vs evil locations of chains and whenever I think about a benevolent location, this particular Wendy’s is the first that comes to mind. The staff goes above and beyond every single time. They are incredibly kind and get the order perfect and fresh so I never have to worry. This Wendy’s is by far the best one and I’m grateful to the entire staff.

Drive thru is automated computer. It puts your words on the screen correctly. But does not process the order properly or give a summary at the end before sending you to pay. It got 100% of the order wrong despite showing my exact words. It wasn’t even close drink had ice I asked for no ice and the burger was supposed to have only certain things it had everything plus mustard. The labels printed out are wrong. It can understand your words but can not process them. Put a human back on drive thru. Next time if there is one I will sit at the window until everything is checked and correct. There will be no pulling aside while you fix your computer’s incompetence.
Inside also sucks they now want you to input your own order at a kiosk which takes twice as long. It’s not my job. There is no option to go to the counter like McDonalds who was to first put kiosks in. At least I can still go to the counter at McD and deal with a person. Then despite me putting my order in properly they can seem to make it properly and it had to be remade.

They jumped a bunch of money into the remodel and it looks great. However, the corners that they’re cutting to make up for that or not reciprocal in value.You’re required to order from the kiosk now which doesn’t have full options. For example, I wanted a large chili. There was nowhere on the kiosk to add cheese or sour cream. I also ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese. It used to be shredded cheese and now it’s melted cheese that really wasn’t very good. I had to ask for sour cream, was told it was too late to add cheese to chili, also had to ask for crackers and a spoon for my chili and salt and pepper for the potato. I don’t know, just seems like stuff that used to come with these items and I’ll have to ask for. Oh, and don’t expect a warm response when asking. Doubt very seriously that I’ll go back.

Very clean, very professional, and overall a nice location!
The person making the food washed hand often and changed gloves often.
The persons handling money never touched the food which is a GREAT THING! Keeps germs at a minimum.
