I love a buffet! As far as buffets go, this one was pretty standard. A couple choices of meats, several vegetables. A salad bar and a dessert bar. An odd thing about the desserts, you can only take one dessert or you will be charged more. Every other all you can eat buffet I’ve eaten at, the desserts were included in the “all you can eat” part. ‍♂️ The waitress was nice and attentive. The food was good. They were busy during lunch. The restaurant is fairly large and can accommodate a lot of people. The restaurant could do with a updating and a few repairs.

Rachel’s Diner is one of Humboldt’s little hidden gems. The prices are really good, and the food is tasty. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell it’s a place the locals love. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and it never disappoints. Its Definitely my go-to spot if you’re eating in Humboldt.

I stopped by for breakfast and was instantly charmed by the cozy vibe and friendly staff who greeted me like a regular. The food was plentiful, and was loaded with Southern staples—fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, fried bologna, and biscuits smothered in gravy. Everything tasted homemade, especially the cinnamon apple dessert that wrapped the meal in sweetness. It’s the kind of place where the coffee’s always hot, the portions are generous, and you leave full and happy. If you’re ever in Humboldt, don’t miss it!!

Great spot to grab more than you can! We happen to be there on a Thursday which is fried pork chops. Very tasty.
All the food was very delicious. The wait staff was pleasant.

This is a must stop place if you are in Humboldt area.

I’ve had breakfast and lunch from here a few times and I’m never disappointed…. always great food, great service, and a full belly for a very reasonable price…… now if we could just have them open until atleast 8pm we’d be set.

Patty melt was great, personal opinionthe onions needed to be cooked a little long but it was still a great meal, service was awesome, absolutely no complaints about it enjoyed the lunch and if I’m around again I’ll be back
