The service experience at this location is the worst of the worst. When you walk in to any business the minimum expectation is to be greeted or acknowledged but the staff of this Pizza Hut are “too busy” to greet their customers and if you ask for an acknowledgement you will be greeted with a threat or at least a dirty look. The staff is simply not trained or just don’t care about their customers. I avoid this place and go elsewhere for pizza. Oddly enough papa Johns is as busy as pizza hut and they are courteous to their customers. Shame on you pizza hut

Best service I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. Super friendly manager and I didn’t even have to pay for my pizza. I called in and ordered a large meat lovers with stuffed crust. Gave her my name and drive-thru there was no record of me. She said this was a second time of day that the call service messed up. I will give you your piece of for free. I had a hot fresh pizza for the free. She wouldn’t take my money.

We stopped in for the lunch buffet on Monday 1/26/26. While we try many establishments and travel the country, our norm is to see a menu and survey prices. While asking simple questions about the buffet pricing the server immediately turned to another and stated, these people are “being condescending ! ” I must say this was “Insulting” to us as customers. We nearly left this store because of your insults. We were never offered a menu while at this location. However, another server/manager stepped up and we did have an enjoyable meal, provided by the second server. After this encounter we realized what should have been a lunch time rush, there were only a total of 5 customers in your store. If you wonder why your customers have dropped off, discover how your employees are treating your customers.

I went out to lunch with a friend on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. It had been forever since I’ve actually ordered off of a menu. We normally go during the week and get the buffet. We ordered a pizza with half of what she wanted and half for me. It came out hot & fresh. We dug in and it was great! No complaints at all. Our waitress was really nice, and the inside felt pretty clean and the parking lot is handicap accessible.

It is very hit and miss with this Pizza Hut. Tonight, it was okay. The wings were almost cold as well as the breadsticks but the pizza was good. There was only 2 servers, which is pretty normal. It’s been like this for a while. When you call in an order, be sure to check and see if it’s right before you leave.
UPDATED REVIEW: 2025 absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your time. There are other places with much better customer service and wayyyyyy better food. I’ve attached the pitiful little pizza we got tonight. Last time here for us.
