Extremely slow, i order a drink on their app & I arrive 20 minutes later. My cup sits there empty and i have to ask them make it, and it’s not a one off situation. This has happened the last 3 times in a row.

The drinks are disgusting here. Honestly terrible drinks terrible food. On top of everything a Venti has 90% ice and even with less ice ordered it comes with a crazy amount of ice. Do not recommend this Starbucks whatsoever. The staff is rude. And the drinks are way too sweet.

Not only they are always very slow, but there is something missing in the orders, or the food that needs to be toasted /warmed up is not warmed up.
Today I ordered Bacon Gouda Egg Sandwich, and you can notice from the photo tha there is nothing else there besides of bread and egg! And it was also cold (not tosted)..

Although I enjoy the coffee 3-4 times per week , whenever I ask for a stopper , the staff seem to be annoyed . I would appreciate if they were readily available and on display like other Starbucks.
