At the insistence of my best friend, we stopped into Baldinucci for a few slices and gelato. He promised me some of the best pizza I’d ever have and he was absolutely right! I got a margherita NY slice and a lasagna Romana slice. Both were OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious! I also got a small pistachio gelato and it was beyond incredible! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Walked into Baldinucci Pizza Romana and was instantly transported to Rome. The crust? Perfetto—crisp, airy, and perfectly blistered in their wood-fired oven. Every bite had that signature Roman snap with a tender chew underneath.
I went for the Buffalo pizza and it was Simple ingredients, flawless execution, one of my favorite Buffalo pizzas ever. My partner got the Diavola with spicy salami that packed just the right heat without overpowering the dough.
Service was warm, fast, and genuinely passionate (our server even shared the story behind their 72-hour dough fermentation). The space is cozy, modern, and buzzing with energy. This is an absolute 5/5.

The food here is phenomenal. The restaurant is almost always crowded because of it. But service is excellent and the food comes out pretty fast.
We got a variety of items to try and each one surpassed the other. They have a plethora of vegetarian options, which we were pleasantly surprised by.
Their garlic knots are like soft warm fluffy pillows and a must eat!!
Their pizzas are very good and I personally preferred them over their flatbread.
Their pistachio gelato was really good as well!!
We can’t wait to be back!!

I’m sorry to say (and as a former NYr, I’m WAY picky about pizza), I just wasn’t impressed. This is a very small shop, and I think most people buy by the slice, although they will make a pie. I usually prefer to get pies vs reheat of slices. Prices are not cheap. I almost walked out after looking at the case because I knew the crust was not going to be what I look for in a NY pizza! But my husband and I decided to try a few different things and share.
They have two styles: NY and Roman (which is more like focaccia crust ..very light and airy). They state that they buy local and organic when possible. We tried the margherita focaccia, the bianco white pizza, garlic knots, and eggplant involtini.
Let’s start with the good – garlic knots were excellent, and very garlicky! The roman style was good, not great, and this particular one was served room temp with ‘fresh’ mozzarella on top. The mozzarella was very chewy – not the texture I’m used to for fresh., but overall, this roman style was ok.
The bianco? Crust wasn’t NY by any means and a bit too thick. They had too much cheese toppings on it, which overwhelmed the pizza. We both weren’t fans.
The eggplant? It was weird – had a funny taste to it which I couldn’t peg. Had my husband try..and he agreed, but neither of us could figure out what it was. Texture and crust was good, but very off-putting taste.
We didnt’ try the gelato – no flavors I liked and honesty, didn’t really look freshly made. I’ve been spoiled by Vecchio Pallino in Salado!
Staff were nice. But it was primarily help yourself to silverware etc, and also return trays etc.

Holy cow did we move to the right area! We were looking for dinner in our new neighborhood and figured we’d pop in to Baldinucci’s. Normally we aren’t big pizza people because after two slices we always feel gross but this place has changed the game. Service is great, staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to get your order for you. It’s a counter style so you walk up and pick your slices and go. They have so many different options of pizzas that are all beautifully crafted. We decided on the Sausage & Honey along with the Diablo and Carne. The Sausage and Honey had intricately piped ricotta which was a lovely little touch, and the flavors of all three were out of this world! The crust is super light and airy and the flours are actually imported from Italy. This makes for a delicious bite that doesn’t make you feel like complete garbage after! The slices are big in size and are super reasonably priced. You can eat in or take out and the inside space is small but there are a few tables both inside and outside.

We didn’t try it this time around but the gelato and cannolis looked incredible. Will 100% be trying these next time around. I wish I got a photo of the food but it was gone before I got the chance to take one!

We got the diavolo, lasagna, and NY style pepperoni! All three were amazing and would highly recommend. The diavolo was the favorite just for uniqueness and a really good mix of spice and honey but the garlic knots were the real star of the show! They were amazing but you have to buy three for the sauce (don’t worry you’ll eat every single one and want more)!! We also got the pistachio and chocolate hazelnut gelato which were very good but the notable dishes are for sure the pizza and knots. The atmosphere is super fun and service is friendly and quick!! They make you wanna come back and try everything!

Wide variety of meat and veggie slices that could be warmed up in 5 min. Many creative toppings, including artichoke hearts, hot honey, and mushroom blends. Helpful, smiling staff. Indoor dining was a bit tight, but getting a to go order is easy.

First time at Baldinucci to try the Roman style pizza and really enjoyed it. I appreciate that I can buy the pizza by the slice, each slice is around 6 to 8 dollars. They have a variety of topping options and we especially enjoyed the red sauce pizzas. My favorite was the hot sausage and grandma‘s pizza (Nonna). I really enjoyed the crust. They also have New York style pizza and gelato. I’ve heard great things about their garlic nuts, but I didn’t get to try that this time. They’re located in a plaza so there’s plenty of shared parking.
