Ordered through the app on a Saturday night at 11:20. The ordered got confirmed and money got took , went to pick up and window said it was closed to go in. Mind it was 11:40 when I arrived 20min before they closed! Knocked and kept knocking and didn’t get a response when clearly somebody was there , made my sister call and didn’t get no pick up. Was clearly ignoring the fact that somebody was out waiting for an order to be picked up for almost 10min , Drove around and saw him by the window just on his phone haha , please don’t waste your time on this ridiculous place

Ok. I’m officially done giving these people a chance. I’ve had mishaps with wait times and stuff like that but this time we are talking about an online order that just isn’t cooked period.
Our pizza was soft, whatever I put that in the airfryer but the crazy bread. Yeah, this is crazy uncooked. I ate one and it was basically raw dough. Crazy bread supposed to be crispy with a garlicy parm taste, crispy on the top and fluffy inside. As you can see this is far from it! The people working in there have no work ethic clearly. Especially being willing to give stuff like this away. I would rather wait an hour and have it made to perfection. Not this crap! Also they make there own hours. This locations needs to be shut down!!!!!!

When is a franchise rep going to do something about this establishment? Drive thru isn’t being used but is provided, horrible pizzas available for pickup or you can try your luck, wait again and hope the next one isn’t put together by a blind person; but hey at least it’ll be warm!

On a busy as all heck Friday night I needed some add-on’s to our dinner. The staff was so busy but yet keep their professionalism at the forefront. Which is tough sometimes around here. But great work yall, I’ll definitely be back.

11/24/2025 I went in to order 5 pizzas for my daughter after school program I was greeted by a young lady name Mya but the supervisor there at the time came to the front only to be rude and racist. I will never buy from this store again! They was a hit and miss anyhow’ they pick and choose what time they open! I have never in my life been treated like that at this place. I asked her to speak with a manager and she informed me in the meanest way that she was the supervisor. I think her name was carol or something! She didn’t even wanna give me her name

I will never be going back here. I ordered 3 pizzas at 3:00, and was told they’d be ready by 3:48. I got there at 3:51 and waited another 30 minutes inside before even receiving the food. I go home and open the box to see the pizzas weren’t cut correctly and were not fully cooked. Tried calling the restaurant to get a refund and got no response. Absolutely abhorrent.
