I ordered online. Got there and went inside. Only 1 couple at tables eating and man & woman working. Im the only one at counter. No one acknowledged me for 3 min. App says order will be ready in 2 min. She asks my name & says another min. He comes by in 3 min & says pizza is done so he just put breadsticks in!! Wth. So I wait again. He comes in a few minutes and hands we the order. I get outside to eat and Its wrong & WAY overcooked. Its sme kind of folded in half piece of pizza that is almost burnt and very hard in texture. I try it and spit it out. It came with some chicken pieces sitting in a black sauce that looked like soup. Didn’t bother tasting. Looked gross. Took a bite of bread sticks & it had a weird taste so in the trash!! Very unhappy, wasted money & im starving! Photos included. Bread looks good but tasted weird. Advise to go somewhere else.

Update:: I ended up driving all the way down to the store to chat with the manager. After talking with him, I was pleased with the outcome. He replaced the pizzas that were incorrect and credited my account. Thank you for making things right. Also the replacement pizzas are perfect.

Worst experience ever. 10/10 don’t recommend. I’ve been trying to contact this store for 2 weeks regarding an order that was incorrect. With my order costing me over $50, I’m very unhappy. They don’t care about their customers. Their advertisement on the phone when you are on hold talks about how they care so much about the pizza and their customers and how it’s their top priority to make the perfect pizza every time and how you will never forget the experience. Well what I can say is they don’t care about the pizza or there customers, my pizzas were far from perfect and missing toppings and undercooked, as for my experience, I definitely won’t forget it since it was a terrible experience and continuing to be the worst experience ever. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Ordered pizza from home because I have a bunch of kids waiting at home excited to get pizza. The delivery said 25-35 minutes for delivery. Didn’t get there till an hour later and this is what I received. If there was an option to leave a zero star review I absolutely would. They gave me a $10 credit and are currently remaking my food but I had to drive over here to make that happen because they never answer their phone. I had to leave my woman at home with a bunch of kids by herself because I knew they weren’t gonna do anything unless I showed up. Should have listened the last time they messed up with me waiting in the parking lot with the kids screaming their heads off for an hour and a half for one large pizza.

I used to love eating the freshly prepared food at this location but after moving back and ordering food here twice within the past couple of months I will probably never order here again unless management changes things. I started in fast food and understands things happen or get busy but each time I’ve gone, not only have I shown up on the expected time “ready 15 mins” but end up waiting another 30 to 35 minutes to get my order, also each time I’ve ordered, the pizza is usually looks and taste like it’s been sitting out for a while with toppings just thrown on top usually having slices with little to no toppings. And on top of that pizza ends up tasting dry with little sauce, the first review I’ve ever written hopefully something changes.

I absolutely love Pizza Huts pizza! But the Cottonwood location is a joke. Every single time I have ordered food at opening they are never prepared and blame it on that things are not ready yet, that they just opened… Then why do you allow orders that early? The first lady i spoke to that called me says your bread sticks wont be ready there in the proofer and its going to take at least 45 minutes but your pizza is almost done. At the time i thought I already paid online but lucky I did not and choose to pay when I picked up, so I ask if I can get a refund on them and she says I will have to wait to speak to her manager. Stupid but whatever so I offer another solution of I will pick my food up later and she tells me we’ll your pizza is almost done and agin it will be 45 minutes tell you can get bread sticks. I would think you would say since this is on you that, thats fine I will make you a new pizza in 45 min when I can pick up the rest of my order but no. Then shift lead comes in and if she would of just had a little bit of a better attitude or knew at all what to say other then this is the way it is and not let me speak and not apologize for the inconvenience at all but try to tell me this is the way it is in the mornings that they dont have stuff ready and to talk to me like I called them complaining when they are the ones yet again to call me to tell me they are not prepared for the day and they wont have my full order ready and would not be able to refund only give credit ( given i didn’t even pay yet but if I did I would not be getting a refund).I totally get things happen and if this was a one off I would totally understand and if this is really how Pizza Hut runs and has there employees start working at opening with having nothing done or prepared shame on you Pizza Hut! But I do believe with as many times as this has happened and the responce I have received that this is an employee issue because I do not have this problem at other Pizza Huts. I have also asked for a number to anyone higher or where I can make a complaint and have continuously been told they can and will not give me that information and that they will have someone call me back that never has. This time I choose to rate them as that is the only way to at least try to let someone know how there location is being ran. I would also like to say I come from a sales background and know things come up and have never given anywhere a bad rating as some days are just bad or mistakes happen but this has been the last 4 times in 4 months that I have went there. I am so sad that I will no longer be eating Pizza at this location. This post is not to get anyone in trouble but to help fix the issues.

My family and I usually love pizza hut. We have never really had any problems before, but today we went and picked up a takeout order for the first time in a while. My husband went inside to pick up the food and while he was patiently waiting to pay for our food the manager asked in a very rude tone if there was a reason that he was standing at the counter. I understand it might have been busy and maybe he was having a bad day, however that does not excuse that behavior towards a customer. Please check your tone of voice next time before losing a loyal customer due to your rudeness. At least the food was as good as it usually is.

I work for DoorDash. This restaurant frequently has 20+ minute waits for my orders. That I’m used to however tonight, I waited 35 minutes they handed me half of the order and Said if you want the rest, you’re gonna have to wait longer. I unassigned the order and about 10 minutes later DoorDash sent it back to me and had raised to the pay for it. When I got to the store, they told me they will not be fulfilling the order. I filed a complaint with DoorDash And recommend customers order from Domino’s if using the DoorDash platform because this restaurant does not prioritize orders from DoorDash. Not to mention their manager Should not be in customer service as he’s the one who tried To give me an incomplete order after waiting 30 minutes. I will be escalating this to corporate and attempt to get a hold of the owners

Initially tried placing an order for wings on line. Got as far as learning total cost including tip was 11.00, but not able to place the order. Called the store only to be told total cost before tip was 16.00+, ordered anyway. When the container was opened discovered the wings count was short.

Shitty place and shitty service, refused to refund us the extra 10$ charged then half of our order came out disgusting, and refused to refund it and then the manager Lille and general manager Patrick said they both can’t give us corporate number, nor give us a refund till the following day. We have already called corporate and will be getting a full refund
