Very good food. I had never eaten Peruvian food before and was pleasantly surprised. Service was good and nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

I went with a group of four so I got to try several things. I apologize. I don’t remember what the names of the meals were but if you know Peruvian food, hopefully you can tell from the pictures.
The service was good a little bit slow but good.
They had some awesome 80s music playing that was just fun and the atmosphere was fun .
The cow heart was definitely the fan favorite. One of the guys that was there said “this is my new favorite food”, another was just like “gotta get this”.
All of the food was great. The pesto was probably the least favorite of the things we tried, but everything was good.
The owner/manager came over and talked to us, he was really nice and welcoming.
It was really just a fun lunch!!

Loved the food and the place. We got lomo and tallarines verdes; the meat was well-cooked and delicious literally no bad moments with the food.
Chicha morada is amazing as well. I would just like more lighting in the restaurant for the back tables, but that’s not a downside.

DANGER!! They cooked a push pin into our food. It was partially melted and my wife bit into it.

First of all don’t let google maps fool you of the address of this restaurant because it’s literally the same restaurant that was once El Rincon Peruano. It just got a newer name and newer ownership.
Once you walk in it lacked any decorations. It didn’t really look like a Peruvian restaurant from inside like other Peruvian restaurants I’ve been to across the valley. My friends and I ordered the typical plates that you would eat if you were in Peru. We’ve been to Peru before and have lived there for a year and half to two years so we definitely know that authentic taste that we miss so much. Although the pictures may look too good to eat it just didn’t do it justice for us. It was good but not THAT good.. Plus it took about 30 minutes to get our food. We did come at about 7:30 p.m. so maybe they were having a rough night? But then again there wasn’t many people there either. So I don’t know.. I’d like to give them a second chance at a different time frame maybe the food would be better and also the service would be on time? Other then that I am yet to find a finger licking good Peruvian restaurant here in Utah.

We got the fetuccini with pesto, papa a la huancaina, ceviche noteño, and the mostrito. The 1/4 chicken was raw in the middle. The huancaina was fine. The fetuccini was fine. The ceviche lacked time to ‘cook’ in the lemon juice and tasted raw. The chaufa was fine.
The ladies were very nice but it seems like they didn’t have time or coverage because they all were eating while we were. I don’t have any complaint with them taking breaks. please allow them to take breaks. But also you need someone to serve their customers. Things were forgotten multiple times, including cups, napkins, and one of our plates.

Best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They were so kind, so helpful, it felt like I was back in peru!!! I will be coming back and I will be bringing everyone with me!

TERRIBLE Service. We had a reservation for 12 people and ordered ahead of time and when we got there, they didn’t have anything ready for us and forgot we were coming. Not only that, but they gave us the wrong portions as to what we asked for. Not only did they make it wrong, but we had to ask for sharing plates and the server gave us SEVEN plates for the TWELVE of us. It was obvious these girls were half-assing everything. We had to HOUND them the whole time we were there to ask them for napkins, water, anything. When they DID bring us water they didn’t even bring enough for everyone and disappeared again. They never checked on us, never CHECKED for refills and I understand servers can get busy but there were more servers than there were tables in this restaurant it was NOT busy. These servers were actually the worst and it felt like they were just taking advantage of the fact that gratuity was included because of the size of our party. Having to pay gratuity after THAT kind of service is actually criminal. Food was great tho!

This place is a complete disaster. From the moment we entered, the tables were dirty. The owner didn’t even show any kindness. Two waitresses were terrible. There wasn’t even welcome water. We had to serve ourselves. The restaurant is old, and the bathroom was clogged. 0 kindness. 0 attention. We were also a group of 5, and the food arrived separately, so we couldn’t eat as a group. I don’t recommend it, even if it was free.

This place is one of my all time favorites!!! The Loma Saltado, the Arroz con Pollo, and the Jalea Peruana is out of this world! The sauces are so delicious, as well! The Cheesecake de Maracuya is homemade by the owner, and is to DIE for!!! This restaurant never disappoints!
